He's gotten a lot more responsible since he got the job. I bet he could do some vocational training eventually and get a job that's in reasonably high demand, and probably make more money than most college graduates.

Pretty shitty how all of his friends see not going to college as a bad thing. Paulo is really good at his burger job and really enjoys it. If he keeps going, he'll find a lot of success. Also he hates the school system and hasn't shown any interest in any other professional work. They should be supporting Paulo NOT going to college!
