- Revised all playlists and days to make the plan overall more effective (after doing the training myself)
- Limited all playlists to under 90 minutes (except for day 19) to prevent burnout!
- Revised days 10-14 for a smoother transition to the advanced files.
- Added cards for tips, an intro, plus notes near the end on why this plan is effective.

Bambi For Life
I have been following this for the last 4 days after using Bambi files on and off for the last couple years... I think my problem before was I was trying to rush to the good stuff and didn't do enough of the basics. These playlists are working well for me. Today I was having trouble going deep for some reason so I will play the same playlist now that I just got done exercising and see if that helps.
If anyone has any feedback on anything at all -- this plan, how I present it, which formats you like or don't or would like to see, please let me know! Thank you luvs!!
