March Introductory Belly Dance Classes Updated Master List

It is almost Spring here in Canada (finally!).
In addition to updating the Masterlists here I also have an announcement which the pics probably gave away lol.
I redecorated!
Also, 2020 had one last big surprise for me, I am pregnant and due mid August! In the above picture I was in my 18th week but as I post this I am now in my 19th week (my internet was not willing to help me get it posted during the 18th week lol 😅). The Ultrasound picture of my little one is from 12 weeks. Next one is at 20 weeks.
I had a really, really rough time up until about 18 weeks but things seem to be turning a corner finally (fingers crossed the worst is now over)! Pregnancy is hard. Moms you deserve so much praise and appreciation.
Also holding space for any parents out there who are trying to conceive and/or dealing with loss. Sending you much love. ❤
I have every intention to keep dancing for as long through this as I am able (I have been cleared by my health care providers that it is safe for me and baby).
Hoping to get the next batch of videos up in the coming week so as long as the internet will allow for it. We will be going over the introductory basics of "bubbling" since it was one of the most requested topics :)
In the meantime I encourage you to review your omis (which is what the last batch of videos covered) in effort to prep for learning to "bubble". :) You will find the links to them at thr bottom of this post.

Below is our updated Masterlist where you will find all the New to Dance Enthusiast video links in chronological order.
Remember to go at your own pace. You can watch each video as many times as you want to or need to as long as you are subscribed so there is no rush. Go at the pace best for you body and mind. You get to set and decide that. The list below lists everything in chronological order which I recommend following for most digestible and buildable coverage of material :)
A little glossary of terms to help you navigate this master list!
Tutorials are the videos where the movements are broken down in detail. They are slow paced and thorough.
Practice videos are where we take what we learned in the tutorials and put them to practice. No breakdown, just moving our bodies to the music.
Warm up videos are just fun follow along videos that are meant to warm you up. Not dance technique oriented, just moving our bodies and noodling around.
Extended practice videos are long practice videos, 20 to 30 minutes in length. They are continuous dancing for an extended length of time. They are to be done once all of the tutorials 1 through to 10 have been completed and thei corresponding shorter practice videos.
Combination/Drill videos are videos where we have a specific combination of movements that we repeatedly do in a specific order for 5 to 10 minutes. These are to help develop muscle memory and moving through movements. These should be done after you have done tutorials 1 through to 10 and their corresponding practice videos.
Choreography Videos, section breakdowns, and practice videos of combined sections are videos where we breakdown sections of a Choreography. Practice videos of sections combined are where we practice putting the previous sections all together. To be done once all the tutorials, practice videos, combo videos etc have been done.
Transitions videos are an Introductory look at Transitions, what constitutes a transition between movements and help identifying them.
