I have had several questions and messages about difficulty with Myas and Fishtails so in this video I explain some common issues and give you some steps to work on to help condition your body better for the movement to help you to get to a place where you can feel more confident in your Myas and Fishtails.

Hey, I hope you got hay! And really glad you found Butters! This time is so stressful already and then to have a beloved pet go missing for days and not be able to feed your horses, well that is an awful lot to deal with. (I did not realize you lived on a farm. I somehow thought you housed your horses elsewhere.) Wishing you smoother sailing this week!
