It was my Birthday at the start of September and I desperately wanted to post a birthday Dance Party but sadly I was restricted by time and ongoing dental issues. Not fun. So we are dancing to celebrate it now in October .
But better late than never lol so please join me with a collection of a small sampling of my some favourite songs (past and present) for this long Follow along Dance Practice. It is for all levels, do what you can where you can, breathe: and have fun :)
