This video was supposed to be posted in February but somehow I had a total brain fart and never realized that I had not posted it. Total whoopsie daisy on my end lol. But it is here now :)

Yah! I am so pleased that you like coming back to veil! I find it such a nice impactful arm workout without being high intensity. LOL dance-demic and pan- dansic are great. How clever. We will have to have a longer dance-demic video now to wrap.up the month just to use that word 🤣❤ the tutorial and corresponding practice video on Mejances went up tonight and it includes some homework and a viewing list so it will hopefully offer a nice time out from stress and the news :)
I loved this--I always love revisiting veil. I hope you and yours are well. I am looking forward to your next video to have 20 minutes of not worrying about the pandemic. (I'd prefer a dance-demic ? pan-dansic?) Cheers, TJS
