Do you love dancing? You do love fun? Do you love having fun dancing? Like to feel a little ridiculous sometimes! Then this is the practice video for you!
It's so important when we practice to do so with intent, set goals, be engaged and aware and take it seriously. It is also equally important to sometimes just move for the sake of moving, too not worry to much about the details and to just have fun (while being safe). So if there is any goal of this particular practice video its FUN (and safety)!
So let yourself go and just get into it!!
