Welcome back for more love themed shenanigans.
And what is more about love than some of the Egyptian Classics?!? So this drill we will using our own weight as resistance (and/or/both ankle/wrist weights if you would like) as well as really focusing on breathing, knowing when to hold breath and when to release and breathing into and our of movements.
(All of the songs used are covers of the original compositions)
Music used is :
"Laylat Hob (Live Studio) " by Maya Naim
"Inta Omri" by Tony Mouzayek
"Daret Al Ayam" Cairo Orchestra
I do not own the music. No copyright Infringement intended. Music is used for teaching and educational purposes.
Thank you so much for dancing with me.

These beautiful classics never get old. Thanks for guiding me through the breathing and the "sharp" vs. "soft" transitions. I am learning a lot about dancing WITH the music... it's different than dancing to the music!
Hmm swirl?! Lol did I say swirl?? I probably did and meant the twist/washing machine shimmy. I have a little Tutorial for it on here in the master list, here is the link for the tutorial. Hopefully this is what you were talking about :) If not can you describe the move for me? https://www.patreon.com/posts/25138398
Hi Cassandra, I just did this drill! I don't know how to do the swirl shimmy/hip move though. Idk if other people have been asking too, but I looked for a tutorial on youtube with that name and nothing came up :(
