Welcome back for dancing through the "Month of Love" with me.
Naturally I had no chill and decided to go all in for Valentine's Day. So as much as this month's theme was supposed to be "Flexin Feb" it is predominantly Love themed now. With some flexin for good measure. All our music will be love (or lust?!? Or longing?!?) Themed because there is a lot to choose from.
We will also be focusing on our love for dance and above all else our love for ourself. Be one of your Valentines this month and show yourself some love. You deserve it. ❤❤
So grab your ankle weights and have your hand weights and or medicine ball handy. (If you don't have any no worries you can still do this drill without it).
This was entirely meant to be a fun, and light hearted drill. Get into it and let yourself be a little ridiculous.
