It appears to be a Vimeo issue to me. In my experience those colour bars mean the finish failed to upload properly, and it's often difficult to completely replace the video source. I often have to delete that version and upload as a fresh version. I don't know how that affects the Patreon link and if that can be edited or not.

The instant app thing is an android feature and I figured out how to turn it off despite Vimeo giving wrong info. About how to remove it.

It is not finding it on my Samsung android either. It opens some weird "instant app" that I don't actually have installed on my phone which is concerning (not your fault) but says it can't find the video.
