Usually, we wait until the winner of the vote is clear before announcing it.
However, this time, Ako and Musashi received a similar number of votes without any illegal voting bots.
So, this month, we will draw one of them and the other next month.

I think including second place on following months definitely helps with making sure more options get a chance. Also might help with reducing the number of character suggestions that go disappear despite a lot of support since there was just a better option that month (e.g. the nikkie voters).
