This Pack Includes a new concept for ELS reflections and light ticker speed enhancing realism for better visual overall reflections especially at night. This modification is included in this file and is called Vibrant ELS CONFIG try it out enjoy.

I noticed that the red els lights don't all light up on the lightbar. I think it is extra_1 that is missing from the model unless if that is how it was supposed to be. Everything else looks great.
