Friday Progress Report

This week I've done more animation work, build some tools to speed up some under the hood processes.
There is a lot of work needed to do to the rigs so that the muzzle insertion shots work, start of the week was spent getting as much of that as possible into script form (in future it's a few clicks and a small amount of manual editing to get any of the existing characters set up)
I've also done some proof of concept tests on internal shots for the muzzle, I couldn't get it to look good in motion but was able to get something ok for a 4K still. which I've included.
I've started blocking on the animating the muzzle insertion and I've included a low quality WIP render for that (no DOF, Fur, Motionblur etc..), wanted to do some different camera angles but the Racc is such a fluffy boy that his cheek fuzz gets in the way of all the action so it's going to be this one again as it gets the clearest view.
A heads up on next week, it's my birthday, I'm going to have a break for the week. (I always end up feeling low around this time and this just means I don't need to work through it)
I'll be back posting for the Executive Producers on Wed 23rd and Fri 25th for the weekly progress report.
Hope you enjoy the still, and the preview animation and I'll see you all in two weeks time.
