I wanted to find references of that cute thing where ppl wear a big hoodie and tiny shorts/skirt/nothing under, but it was kinda hard to find many? I'm pretty shit at web research tbh, but I seem to be able to stumble across this when I'm not specifically seeking it out, but unable to directly find it. So I just drew a bunch of festival girls

These are all adorable! The "sweater+little underneath" fashion you're talking about is definitely a favorite of mine (especially when combined with tall socks). The girls on the top-right look especially cute, and the weight of the fabric on the sweaters looks great. Also, not gonna lie, you do a great job drawing tits.
