And how about "Kishu Usagi" for the delinquent? "Usagi", meaning "rabbit" in Japanese, for her given/first name. (No deeper meaning to this one other than her looks, plus I just think it's cute.) "Kishu", meaning "horse rider" in Japanese, for her family/last name. (If you went with "Satsuma" for the business woman, it would be relevant.)

Maybe "Satsuma" for the business woman? It's combination of "Satsuki" and "Uma" (which means "horse" in Japanese). "Satsuki" since she reminds me of Satsuki from Kill la Kill. "Uma" for one obvious reason. Plus, apparently there's a type of fruit called a "satsuma mandarin", which is typically round or slightly flattened, three to four inches in diameter, and has loose skin. (Relevant for two obvious reasons.)
