Chapter 439 You Must Have Confidence in Women
🕑 Added 2025-08-28 14:44:58 +0000 UTCAccording to Nanaya's request, he gave himself and Erque Studio a holiday from December 31st to January 6th, a full week.
This habit comes from the Spring Festival holiday in Nanaya's previous life.
But he had never hated his own thoughts so much as he did now.
He was in a state of exploitation throughout the entire holiday.
It was on the last day, the 6th, that the women let Nanaya go because they saw that he really had nothing to give.
It was only after Ori begged for Nanaya that Shion and the others nodded in agreement.
Otherwise, Nanaya estimated that he would really be ruined by these women.
During this period of time, Shion, Rin, and Sakura almost took turns to exploit him in all aspects.
By yesterday, the 6th, the last day of the holiday, Nanaya was really exhausted.
To sum it up in one sentence, it is -
I really don't have a drop left. [Dead face]
Apart from anything else, when the vacation was really over, he almost cheered out loud.
The reason why it was almost there was because Nanaya didn't even have the energy to cheer.
Women are really terrible, mom~
He's not even forty yet, how come he's so energetic?
Anyway, on the morning of January 7th, Nanaya and Shion appeared together at the Washimine Tokyo headquarters building.
But compared to the energetic Shion, Nanaya looked like a fool.
The dark circles under his eyes, the visibly exhausted body, and the legs that kept shaking.
Anyone who saw Nanaya like this would probably think he was terminally ill.
"Nanaya, you are so useless. I only played with you for 3 days, why are you making me so exhausted?"
Shion said with a look of disgust, but her eyes were shining with a look of success.
"You only have three days, but you guys have been squeezing me for a whole week! Now I feel like my legs are completely powerless, like I'm stepping on cotton."
Nanaya complained while rubbing his waist which was feeling waves of pain.
He was not lying. Now Nanaya really felt like he was floating while walking, and his whole body seemed to be hollowed out.
Two days before the holiday, he could at least get out of bed to eat, but later on he just stayed in bed.
Even though yesterday, several girls let him go because he had become a disabled person.
But Nanaya spent the whole day yesterday lying down. Most of the time, he even completely lost sensation in his lower body and couldn't even muster the strength to turn over.
[Next time, we must not let these women attack together. Only one at a time at most.]
Nanaya looked at Shion with awe and swore secretly in his heart.
In a one-on-one situation, Kiryu Nanaya has never been afraid of anyone, but he really can't handle it if several women take turns to attack him.
The women had a halftime break, but he didn't.
After all, no matter how ferocious he is, he is still a mortal. He has neither practiced the art of controlling women as described in the Yellow Emperor's Classic of Internal Medicine, nor is he a cyborg.
So when Nanaya faced three women alone, he had no choice but to surrender.
The worst thing is, because they have been together for so long, they already know Nanaya's weaknesses clearly.
Whether it was Shion, Rin or Sakura, they targeted Nana's weak spot and used police uniforms and shrine maiden uniforms alternately, making it impossible for Nana to resist and she kept reacting instinctively.
"This is the first time I've personally experienced how terrifying women can be."
Nanaya said with lingering fear.
"You deserve it. If I don't teach you a lesson, you probably think your kidneys are invincible." Shion tapped Nanaya's head with her folding fan. "Remember to take good care of yourself these few days. I don't want you to die before me."
"I left earlier than you, but that was because you squeezed me."
Nanaya pouted and replied.
"Now you know it's not easy to open a harem, right? When you open a new pit in the future, think about this holiday and make sure your waist can bear it before you start."
Shion did not hide her desire for revenge at all, but Nanaya could only respond with a wry smile.
After all, no woman would be happy if her man have a harem.
It was considered virtuous of Shion to rush into his room with a kitchen knife when she was not cooking and stab himself, Sakura and Rin to death.
Similarly, Nanaya had the same idea about Rin and Sakura.
Especially after being together with Sakura again, his guilt became even stronger.
[I think you should calm down a bit from now on. 】
"Will you come back to my house tonight?"
Nanaya asked in a low voice, and then he immediately added another sentence.
"We sleep separately at night. I really don't want to come here again now."
"Of course, it's not only your home, it's also my home." Shion said as a matter of course.
"Okay, then I'll ask Sakura and Rin if they're coming back."
Nanaya said as he pulled out his phone, but Shion stopped him.
"No, they won't be back tonight."
Shion gave a typical "Washimine family's vixen" smile.
"It should be said that these two will never have the chance to date you this year." Shion laughed, "This holiday is their last chance to be intimate with you this year. You will not have a chance for the whole year ahead."
"You little girl, you dare to compete with me for my man? Now let me show you the horror of capitalism! I roar~"
Shion walked into the Washimine headquarters building with a smug smile.
Facts have proved that you should never mess with your leaders, otherwise they will always make things difficult for you in unexpected places.
Nanaya felt bad for Sakura and Rin for a second before following Shion into the building.
Recently, Nanaya also felt that it would be better for him to meet less often.
Anyway, communication equipment is so advanced nowadays, so if I really want to see them, I can just make a video call with them.
"At least, we have to wait until my waist gets better." Nanaya muttered in a low voice so that Shion in front of him couldn't hear.
"Nanaya, New Year..."
As soon as Nanaya arrived at the office, he met Old Gen.
Just as the other party was about to say hello, he was frightened by Nanaya's extremely depressed look.
"Hey, Old Gen. Good morning." Nanaya greeted weakly.
"Nanaye-san, why do I feel like you've been filming for three days and three nights straight?"
It took a lot of effort for Old Gen to hold back his laughter: "Could it be that Miss Shion is really that powerful?"
Nanaya's love triangle scandal spread throughout Japan during the New Year, and anyone who knows anything about the entertainment industry would know about it.
However, most Japanese citizens know that the contestants are still Ori and Ryan, and the initial rumored heroine Shion is believed to be a misunderstanding.
But Gen, who has always been close to Nanaya, doesn't think so. He is of course aware of the indescribable relationship between Nanaya and Shion.
"Uh... never mind, that's about it!"
Nanaya originally wanted to deny it, but when he thought about it, Shion really had one-third of the credit for him becoming physically exhausted, so he could only nod helplessly.
Old Gen patted Nanaya's shoulder and consoled her: "Tsk tsk, then I'd better be a quiet Ori party, at least such things won't happen. I'm afraid that Nanaya-san's body won't be able to handle other women, and I don't want to see you die young, Nanaya-san. I still have many stories that I want you to help film. Without you, it will be difficult for me to attract investment."
[That's because no one dares to film the script you wrote. ]
Nanaya chuckled twice.
Basically, Urobuchi's scripts either involve total destruction or pseudo-total destruction (with only one or two left), which is significantly different from the tastes of the general public.
After three words, he turned around and ended the story without leaving anyone behind.
This statement is not made in vain.
So even though people who have read Urobuchi's works think that the writing is good and the story is OK, they just don't dare to invest in it.
After all, Urobuchi's current works have not been tested by the market, and everyone has concerns about such dark stories.
"Okay, if you have a good story, I will try to invest." Nanaya said with his hands spread out, "But first your story has to be up to par, do you understand what I mean?"
"That would be meaningless."
Of course, Genki knew that what Nanaya meant by "passing" was a qualified business plan, so he said that he found it boring.
Compared to the happy ending where the hero saves the world and wins the beauty, Gen Urobuchi obviously prefers a profound worldview and detailed storyline.
This is also the reason why he likes Fate so much. After all, the story of a hero who cannot be redeemed is perfect for him.
"Just write the story first." Nanaya could only comfort him, "After all, you seem to be quite happy doing HF and FZ."
"Because they are also your work, Nanaya-san." Kyon looked at Nanaya with admiration, "Only Nanaya-san can successfully commercialize my work while ensuring that it does not lose its original charm."
Of course, Gen Urobuchi is aware of the problem with his writing. He just can't control his right hand that is bent on writing tragedy.
Therefore, Gen's admiration for Nanaya comes from the heart, because with the other party's modification, he avoided his biggest problem.
"That's because your story was already great, I just made some minor adjustments."
Nanaya said casually that he had already mastered the business of mutual promotion with ease.
"So," Kyon held Nanaya's hands with both of his own, "we are the best partners who understand each other."
"Absolutely not!"
Nanaya loudly rejected what Old Gen said.
"No, it must be."
"No."
"It must be."
Just as Nanaya and Kyon were engaged in a tug-of-war, Ori pushed open the office door and walked in.
"Seniors, the meeting is ready...what are you doing?"
When Ori saw the scene of Nanaya and Kyon holding hands tightly, her eyelids twitched.
"We were just discussing the script."
Nanaya shook off Old Gen's hand with embarrassment and said calmly.
"Old Kyon, please go to the meeting room first. I'll grab something and come over."
"Okay. You guys chat slowly."
Old Gen didn't think there was anything wrong with him, he immediately took the materials and left.
There was a long silence afterwards, and Nanaya and Ori looked at each other without saying anything.
"Ahem, senior."
Ori coughed lightly and then suggested, "I know you suffered a lot during the New Year, but you can't despair of girls."
Nanaya's face immediately turned purple, and he held it in for a long time before he uttered a word.
"I didn't!"
