Chapter 431: Bring your family to look for someone
🕑 Added 2025-08-20 15:47:21 +0000 UTCBecause she was too frightened, Sakura accidentally knocked her cup onto the table.
The remaining milk in the cup spilled all over the table, and a lot of it even dripped onto the floor.
However, at this time, Sakura no longer had the heart to care about this matter. Her attention was all attracted by the scandal between Nanaya and Shion.
"What the hell? Living together? Secret marriage?"
Sakura read through the report at a very fast speed. When she finished reading this gossip, her pretty face was already shrouded in a dark aura.
"Haha, Nanaya. You are really bold. You dare to do anything." Sakura sneered in a low voice, "This is the New Year's shopping again, and you are staying overnight in the same house. Nanaya, are you planning to act first and ask for permission later?"
Although Shion's name was not mentioned in the news, after all, exposing the scandals of capitalists is not as risk-free as it is for celebrities and entertainers, so the article only used the name J woman.
Moreover, the description of the woman in the article is also very secretive, and more ink is focused on Nanaya.
But who else could be called the green-haired and beautiful chairman except the woman who likes to hide her expression behind her folding fan all day? !
According to this report, it seems that after attending the Japan Record Awards ceremony last night, Nanaya and Shion did some shopping at a supermarket and then drove into the villa area of Chiyoda.
As a paparazzi, the reporter was of course not allowed to enter the villa area, so he could only wait outside the villa area, but he did not see anyone come out for the whole night.
What does this mean? It means that this director with a box office of 100 billion yen is living with his female boss!
If it was just a famous director, it would be fine. Considering the status of the man and the woman, ordinary magazines would not report such news.
But this time it’s different. You have to know that the male protagonist of the incident was just involved in a polyamorous scandal last year.
Because the other party has been staying in North America this year, there has been no follow-up to this matter, but this does not mean that everyone has forgotten about it.
As a result, this man did something like this as soon as he returned to Japan.
What is this?
Are Japanese actresses and British aristocrats just passing clouds?
Your female boss is your only true love?!
Later, reporters and paparazzi discovered that the couple had stayed in North America for a year, and anything could have happened during this year.
So all kinds of speculations were written in the newspapers.
The article first speculated about cohabitation, then suggested that the two might be secretly married, and at the end of the article even mentioned that they got married because of pregnancy.
"Pregnancy? Don't think I don't know that he always uses protective measures!"
After saying that, Sakura gritted her teeth and stood up from the chair.
"No, there's no way this family can go back. We can't let the rumors continue to ferment, otherwise after the New Year, the little baby mentioned by the media will be born by Washimine Shion. What is this? A child out of nothing?!"
Sakura was so angry that she didn't even clean up the table and went straight to knock on the door of Rin's dormitory next door.
"Tohsaka Rin! Sister! Something terrible has happened!"
The door to the room opened, and Rin appeared at the door, yawning and sleepy.
"What's going on? It's New Year's Day, what big deal can happen?!"
Rin's tone of voice was very unhappy, with a strong sense of being out of bed.
"I'm leaving at noon, let me sleep a little longer...What?!"
When Sakura put the report about Nanaya's gossip in Rin's face, Rin instantly woke up from her daze.
"Damn it! This guy is going to make trouble! We haven't even left yet and he's already doing something weird like this!"
"And that woman, even though we know she lives in the villa, who knows if she's being so high-profile on purpose!"
The two sisters looked at each other and saw anger in each other's eyes.
"Sister Lin, are you going home?"
"Fuck off! We're going to Chiyoda now. What about you?" Lin said angrily.
"I'm not going back either! Let's go settle the score with Nanaya directly!" Shimoya Sakura answered in the same tone.
"Yes! Let's go together! Let's go together!"
There were also sparks in Tohsaka Rin's eyes, but she immediately thought of another question.
"Wait! We can't just go through like this, we need to set up a cover."
After all, Sakura and I were still idols, so it would be inappropriate to block a man's door like that.
"Lily should go along, she definitely doesn't want to miss this event, and she can bring another sister along." Sakura nodded, "I'll give Illya a call while we're at it, I'm sure she'll be interested."
"OK, I'll bring Elle with me. It'll be easier to fool people with more people. Really! I'm always worried after the New Year!"
Lin, who was so angry, started screaming in the corridor.
Just like that, the two girls decisively gave up the plan of going home, and instead went directly with their families to settle accounts with a certain beastly director.
——————————————————————————————————————————————
At the same time, on the platform of the Tokyo Shinkansen, Ori and Shiki was carrying large and small bags preparing to go home for the New Year.
That’s what she said, but only Shiki was carrying the bag, while Ori was just browsing on her phone with empty hands.
"Hey, weave..."
Shiki looked at his brother with a dark face.
"Um?"
Oritou replied without even looking up.
"Well, can I..."
"No."
Ori knew what her sister wanted to say, so she refused before she even opened her mouth.
"Why----?"
Shiki let out a long, disappointed sigh.
“It’s very heavy!”
Ori finally put down his phone. He looked at Shiki disdainfully and said, "You want me to help you with your luggage, right?"
"Uh-huh."
He nodded his head happily, looking like a happy pug.
But Ori rejected her again: "No, this is a punishment for not being able to control your mouth!"
This year, Ori followed Nanaya to travel in the United States for the entire year, which led him to relax his control over the style.
The result is that Shiki, who was left unattended, ate to his heart's content this year.
However, since Shiki does not have the Saiyan gorilla bloodline, the negative effect of eating so much is that his weight is also soaring rapidly.
Over the past year, Shiki's weight has increased by an order of magnitude.
Although it is not very noticeable from the outside, at most Shiki's face has become a little rounder.
But Ori was very keen to notice that when Shiki came to pick her up, he was wearing a kimono instead of casual clothes.
Although Shiki said that she was playing herself, Ori was not someone who could be fooled so easily.
He knew very well that there was only one reason why Shiki chose a kimono, and that was because she, as his elder sister, wanted to hide her figure.
So that night, Ori ignored Shiki's insistence and dragged her onto the scale.
Then, when Deng Shi stepped down from the scale in embarrassment, his whole face was black.
A new diet and exercise plan has been formulated, and Shiki will face all-round oppression from the devil for a long time.
For example, during the New Year, everything except bitter soba noodles is prohibited.
For example, during the New Year, you can go hiking three times a day and get enough exercise.
In a nutshell, if you don't lose weight to normal standards during the New Year, then Shiki will have to follow Ori to the United States to lose weight after the New Year.
This was a devastating blow to the style. After all, everyone knew how difficult it was to go from extravagance to frugality.
After enjoying delicious food for a year, facing the bitter taste of homemade soba noodles.
Shiki instinctively wanted to refuse.
But the situation is stronger than people.
Facing the oppression of the great devil Ori, Shiki has no choice but to give in.
"Oh, heaven, earth. Which angel can help me with this? I just want to eat delicious food during the New Year. Is this too much?"
Listening to Shiki's nonsense, Ori pressed his fist directly on his sister's temple.
"You've been eating it for a year! Aren't you satisfied enough?!" Ori said with a disappointed tone.
Shiki didn't care about it at all. For a woman like her who used kimono to cover up her weight, eating was more important than anything else.
"Hey, it would be great if Senior could invite us to his house to celebrate the New Year like he did last year. In that case, no matter how much you forbid it, it will be useless."
Shiki looked at the sky and sighed.
"Stop daydreaming. Senior and Shion are going to spend the holiday together this year. How could he possibly let a light bulb like you join in?"
Ori put her hands on her hips and warned Shiki: "I'm telling you, sister. If you don't reduce your weight to the standard this time, I will..."
Ding-a-ling~
The familiar telephone ringtone rang.
This made Ori, who was halfway through his sermon, feel particularly embarrassed.
"Answer the phone. What if it's mom calling?" Shiki shrugged. "Once we get on the train, you'll have plenty of opportunities to lecture me."
Ori snorted coldly, picked up the phone and looked at it with a surprised expression.
"Really, mom? Did you discuss this?"
"No, it's not. You should answer the phone right away. What if something unexpected happened to the arrangement to pick us up later?"
Shiki felt very strange when she found out that she had guessed it right, so she quickly shook her head to clear herself.
"Moshimoshi, mom?"
As soon as Ori answered the phone, he heard the anxious voice of his mother, Ryougi Kiyomi.
"Hello!? Shiki?"
"Yes, Mom." Ori nodded, "We are preparing to take the Shinkansen back. We should be in front of the train before lunch."
"You're still planning on taking your time to go home for the New Year?! Didn't you see it on the news?"
Ryougi Kiyomi spoke to the other end of the phone in a very anxious tone.
Because the words were so anxious, Ori almost thought his mother was yelling at him.
"News, what's wrong?"
Hearing his mother's anxious tone, Ori wanted to understand what had happened.
However, Ryougi Kiyomi did not give a specific explanation. Instead, she kept talking like a string of cannonballs: "I was wondering why that woman gave our family shares. I didn't expect that she was planning to buy off our Ryougi family! Shiki, you don't have to go home this year. Go and get Nanaya back for me!"
"Um...senior?"
Ori really didn't know what this had to do with Nanaya.
"Yes! It was our Ryougi family who first set eyes on Nanaya, why should we give her to the Washimine family! Shiki, I tell you, you absolutely cannot lose in this matter. Our Ryougi family cannot afford to lose this person! If you can't deal with Nanaya and drive that vixen out! Don't go home for the New Year!"
After saying that, Ryougi Kiyomi hung up the phone, leaving Ori alone, disheveled in the wind.
Beep-beep-beep
Hearing the busy tone coming from the phone, Ori felt completely confused.
Whether I can go home for the New Year has anything to do with my predecessors?
And my mother mentioned the Washimine family. She must be talking about Washimine Shion, right? Why did she bring her up?
"I think... this is what Mom is talking about."
Because Ryougi Kiyomi spoke quite loudly, Shiki, who heard a few words from the microphone, immediately found relevant information on the Internet.
"This is really..."
Ori looked at the gossip about his predecessor and a young female chairman of a consortium with mixed feelings, and a conflicted look appeared on his face.
It was clearly me who took the initiative to bring this couple together, but in the end I have become unable to return home. Does this count as me screwing myself?
"Senior, you really can always find something for me to do."
Ori suddenly felt that the two words "Nanaya" and "New Year" seemed to be inherently incompatible.
