1/9 Weekly Update
🕑 Added 2022-01-10 02:29:09 +0000 UTCYeah, so, I know I said I wasn't gonna start working until this week, buuut I kinda lied and got to work early. Woops lol.
I am really happy with how much progress I made on trait stuff in particular, adding the trait tags to limit bonuses gave me a lot of room to add unique traits for weapons, elements, schools, etc. that I think serves to help differentiate playstyles. I've got most existing combat approaches represented already (not all), and can expand it in the future.
Balance is... an open question, some of the ailment-focused stuff in particular is pretty strong, and some of the conditional bonuses; not sure if it'll turn out to be appropriate for the effort or too good, but it's not like ailment focused play is OP right now anyways lol.
Beyond that I was mostly planning stuff out, I'm not sure if I'll get to swapping buffs from active to channeled will happen this update but Metatron romance is better planned than Celica's romance at least, and Celica/Sam have things planned as well. SO here's to a chonky update.
