DEVLOG - January
🕑 Added 2021-01-09 16:13:31 +0000 UTCHello everybody! It's time to tell you about all the updates in version 0.4 of the game Contact!
Major updates
December as the whole of 2020 was difficult enough, but I have news for you! In this update I tried to fix the bugs that were found, redraw some images, add a few secrets and, of course, continued the story of our characters! First things first:
Story
Every day the character was slightly tweaked and corrected due to changes in the relationship system. Now it is not necessary to have high Lust, now any amount of it takes place. Small lust will lead to one action, large to the second, and medium to the third.
Because of this, it makes sense to go through the day several times.
- Chris's branch has now been completely finished, in this branch you will find 3 different roads, 2 of which will lead to completely different consequences.
- Connor and Daniel's branch is not still being added, they will be available in version 0.5.
- This update will not include the "Friend Branch", it will be available later,
- A secret place has been added, you can find it if certain conditions are met, which you must understand yourself.
Mechanics
- Relationship System - Lust has been rewritten. Now its amount is measured as a percentage, from 0 (minimum) to 100 (maximum), its amount increases or decreases depending on your actions. There is no point in saving up Lust, it is reset every day, its amount can open other ways.
- The problem with the choice of language has been fixed (yes, already 3 times), now the name of the heroes should correspond to the selected language (but this is not accurate, the problem is strange),
- Fixed some bugs in the game code, there should be fewer bugs and other nasty things.
Release Date
Development of 0.4 is not finished yet, there are still things to be added in this update!
And finally the most important thing! Estimated release date until January 20th. (If all goes well, Tier Diamond pre-build will be released on January 13th)
