Nan's Blaster
🕑 Added 2025-03-14 14:23:33 +0000 UTCI recently had the urge to model a blaster, and right on cue, Colin Bruce showed me an awesome design from The Art of Star Wars: The High Republic. In the book, there’s a unique space pirate-style blaster created for a character known only as "Nan". The concept art had a very cool vibe, so i thought i'd give it a shot
Since the reference was purely stylized artwork, I decided to take it a step further—creating two versions:
- A stylized version that stays true to the concept art
- A realistic version with extra details for a more grounded look
To complete the set, I also designed a holster with leg straps to match the blaster’s long shape.
This was a bit of a spontaneous project, but it didn’t take long to make, so I squeezed it in between my usual work. Hope you like it!
As always, 3MF & STL files included!
let me know what you think about the style of the blaster :)

I love the blasters! But… some of us Mando’s wear gloves and the trigger guards are a bit tight 🥺 I know I can scale it up
