Health Update
🕑 Added 2021-02-26 02:16:32 +0000 UTCHey everyone, just letting you all know I'm sorry that I fell short this month on what you deserve. I'm hopefully going to be posting some content in the next few days.
I'm not saying this as an excuse, but simply an explanation as to why I've been away. After several months of fatigue, body aches, and worsening depression a partner of mine suggested I might have sleep apnea after falling asleep on a call. I didn't think it could be that bad, concerning somewhat but nothing to freak out about.
After putting off a doctor visit for a week or two thinking I might be over reacting, I then have a week from hell where I genuinely could not leave my bed unless for eating or the bathroom because of a fog of exhaustion.
Okay, maybe I should see a doctor.
I call, tell them what's happening, and I schedule a sleep study so they can see what is actually happening while I sleep.

I'm surprisingly relieved to find out I have severe sleep apnea. But unfortunately the road to a solution will take time.
I simply ask for your patience while I do my best to make content while also balancing my priorities, like my son, and of course my physical and mental health.
When I do get treatment (hopefully in the next month) I will make up for the lack of content ❤️
