If you are a Patron who uses an IOS/Apple device and uses the Patreon app, please make your pledge through the WEB BROWSER on your phone or computer instead.
As of today, Apple is taking a 30% cut of any pledges made through the Patreon app through Apple/IOS devices. To make sure your pledges go to me instead of Apple here, once again please make sure you are pledging through your browser and not through the app on an apple device. Please and thank you!

Correct. IOS will be charging 30% of the pledge that is processed through the app. I recommend if/when you can to process your payment through the web browser instead.

Even if we subscribed before this through iOS app? Or do we not have to worry if we pledged before this change?
