That was a tricky question. She didn’t want to tell him that they had been busted during the sleepover as she wasn’t convinced he was resilient enough to brush it off without affecting how he was with his friends. “I caught her checking out my bottom when I bent over and it led to a serious talk about her sexuality. She’s just having some doubts because she’s attracted to me. Personally, I think it’s just a bit of a girl crush, a bit of an infatuation. Still, she might be gay but I think bi or pansexual or something like that is more likely. It’s confusing when you are that age. I had Tracy convinced she was gay for years because she was into me. I feel a bit guilty about it now because I was leading her on without realising it. I’d just like to help Beth decide if she’s into girls or if it’s just an in-the-moment thing. Also, if she is gay then at least you can stop pursuing her and if she isn’t… Well, then maybe I can put in a good word.”
She laughed to herself when Kenny had gone. Boys were so basic. Between thoughts of Amy doing lesbian stuff and trying to improve his chances with Beth, Kenny had been easy to persuade.
Peter was completely obsessed with the idea although she was amused by his attempts to try and be subtle about it. He kept trying to bring it up in conversation when they were alone in a roundabout way. She didn’t call him out on it but it was clearly on his mind a lot. There was nothing for it, she would just have to ask Beth out.
She got Beth’s number from the gaming club’s group chat. She felt a little nervous. She had seduced multiple men and a few women in her time but asking someone out on a date was a little out of character for her. However, it was the appropriate way with the surprisingly innocent Beth.
“Hello?” came Beth’s soft voice as she answered the call from an unknown number.
“Hi, Beth, It’s Amy.”
“Oh, Hi, Amy.” Amy could hear the relief that it wasn’t some scam call. “What can I do for you?”
“I was just thinking about what happened at the party,” said Amy.
“I haven’t said anything to anyone if you are worried about that,” Beth reassured her.
“No, not that bit but thanks for that. No, I was thinking about our little chat the next day and about how you were checking me out.”
“I’m really sorry about that. I was drunk and, well, you were right there.” She sounded a little panicked.
“No, sweetie, it’s fine,” Amy cut Beth off. “I was wondering something.”
“Okay,” said Beth, tentatively.
“You know that Kenny and I are sex friends so you know I take certain liberties in my marriage.”
“Yes.”
“Well, I was wondering if you would like to go out with me sometime?” Amy asked.
There was a pause and Amy began to worry that she had misread the situation. “You mean as friends?” said Beth, eventually.
“No,” laughed Amy. “Like a romantic date. I can’t get into a relationship with you but if you are having some doubts over your sexuality then I thought that going on a date with a woman might be a good way to find out.”
“Oh, wow, okay,” stammered Beth. “I didn’t expect something like that. Are you sure?”
“Of course I’m sure,” said Amy, smiling at the unusual question. “I have a bit of experience with girls. I don’t see any shame in going on a date with one and it might help you work out if you are actually into girls or if that whole situation at the party was just a bit much for you. I’m not suggesting we start a relationship. It’s just a good chance to experiment. If it helps, I think you are really pretty and sweet so I couldn’t think of another girl I’d like to go on a date with.”
“Oh, thanks,” Beth was struggling for words. “I think you are really pretty too.”
“So, what do you say? What night would be good for you?”
“I don’t have classes on a Wednesday so tomorrow night could work.
“I take it that’s a yes,” said Amy.
“Yes, it’s a yes,” giggled Beth nervously.
“Great, it’s my treat as I asked you out so don’t worry about paying. How do dinner and drinks sound?”
“It sounds really good.” Amy was enamoured over how cute she sounded.
“Any dietary requirements? Are you vegan or anything?”
“No, I like meat. It’s my favourite.”
“I know a great barbeque place,” Amy suggested.
“Sounds perfect.”
“I’ll send you the address. Meet you there at seven?”
“Sure, I can’t wait,” said Beth.
“Me too, cutie. I’ll see you there. Bye.”
“Bye,” said Beth and they hung up the phone.
Amy was tingling. She was super excited to be going on a date. It didn’t mean anything would happen but she was hoping that it would.
Peter and Kenny were sitting at the dinner table eating leftovers when Amy walked in, ready to go out. She was in a simple little black dress. It was maybe a little too short in the hem and low in the top to be classy but only just and it suited Amy’s style. Both men paused in their eating as she walked in and asked them what they thought of her outfit. She smiled at their wordless stares and said, “Perfect, just the response I was looking for.”
She was pretending that she was going out to see a friend for dinner to avoid the awkward conversation about the reality of what was happening. Both men knew but didn’t know that the other one did. Neither one would let on that they were hiding an erection at the idea of the sexy woman in front of them getting romantic with the gorgeous Beth.
Amy felt good on the taxi ride to the restaurant. She felt strangely powerful. Maybe it was the age difference. She was, after all, older and more experienced. It had a similar feel to seducing Kenny. Perhaps it was the liberation of setting up a date despite leaving two guys at home, both of whom she was attached to in some way. It could have just been the fact that she knew Beth was attracted to her or thought she was at least. It was a nice feeling to step into a date already ahead of the game.
She was a little early but saw Beth already waiting nervously outside. She was wearing black shorts over tights and a long sleeve black top that was pleasingly form-fitting as well as having a low-cut front made somewhat more modest by fake lacing over the generous cleavage. She had put on a little extra makeup and was looking a little vampy but Amy was into it. She thanked the driver and got out of the car. Beth’s face lit up as the auburn-haired beauty strutted up to her.
“Hi,” said Amy. “Have you been waiting long?” She leaned in and kissed Beth on the cheek.
“Hi, no, not long.” Amy suspected that she was fibbing but let it slide.
Amy led them into the restaurant and they were taken to a secluded booth table. The place was lively but not so loud that they would have any trouble talking. The waiter greeted them and handed them their menus. “I’m famished so don’t hold back or I’ll be embarrassed,” said Amy. They browsed the menu for a moment then Amy asked. “What is taking your fancy.”
Beth gave a half-shrug and said, “Maybe a steak.”
“You don’t sound very sure about that,” said Amy.
“Well, if I am being honest, I would like the ribs but I am not sure they are a good choice for a date.”
Amy laughed. “They are a bit messy.” She leaned forward conspiratorially and was pleased when she saw Beth’s eyes dip to peek at her cleavage. “I’ll tell you what. If you have the ribs I’ll have the chicken wings and then we will both be a mess.”
Beth smiled and agreed to the plan. Amy ordered and also got them a couple of outrageous cocktails. Despite her serious face, Beth was not that serious in person. She was just as excited by the silly accoutrements on their drinks as Amy was.
It helped that they already knew each other a little so conversation flowed between them comfortably. They laughed at each other as they both ate their messy food. A slight tension did develop when Amy reached out and wiped some barbeque sauce from the side of Beth’s mouth and licked it off her thumb. Amy took that opportunity to steer the conversation. “How are you finding your first date with another woman?” she asked.
“I’m having a really good time,” said Beth, shyly.
“Is that just because we are having fun or is there more to it?”
Beth looked thoughtful for a moment then said, “I don’t know. I know I find you attractive. When I saw you, you know, I couldn’t stop looking at you.”
Amy reached out and took Beth’s hand. “I could tell. I liked it. You are a very sexy young woman. It’s hard not to feel flattered by that.”
“I’m not sexy,” she said but she was hiding a smile.
“That is just blatantly untrue. Surely guys must have shown interest in you?”
“Sure but that’s just because I have big boobs. Guys don’t even see the rest.”
Amy gave her hand a squeeze. “Oh, sweetie, that is just not true. Plenty of grannies have big boobs and the boys don’t chase them. What makes you think it’s your boobs and nothing else they are after?”
“I went through puberty quite early. I was the first to get them in my school and they grew pretty quickly. By the time I was twelve, they were already big. There used to be a lot of comments and the girls could be mean too.”
Amy scoffed. “You know what women can be like when they are jealous. Don’t give it a minute of thought. As for the boys, well, you can’t let juvenile boys dictate how you feel. I was about to say that they get over it but honestly, I don’t think they do. Your boobs get you attention, sure but it’s the complete package that makes people interested in you. You are beautiful and stylish, not to mention your cool demeanour that makes you seem all mysterious.”
“Do I have a cool demeanour? I don’t mean to. I’m just a bit shy.”
Amy laughed. “You are making your shyness work for you.”
After dinner and another couple of drinks Amy asked, “Shall we stay here and keep chatting or do you fancy going somewhere else?”
Beth was getting a little more animated now the alcohol was kicking in. “I know a bar near here that I like. They play old rock music. It’s a bit cheesy but I think it’s cool.”
They got the bill and headed out. Outside, Amy held out her manicured hand and Beth took it. They walked down the street hand in hand with Beth blushing slightly until they got to the bar. The bouncers checked out the attractive pair as they walked in. 80’s rock blared over the speakers. Being mid-week it was not too busy but there was a strong contingent of students and a handful of older folks, mostly guys who were there for the ambience.
It was harder to talk in here but they got some more drinks and found some stools to sit on. The short skirt Amy was wearing rode up a little and the majority of her legs were on show. It was little surprise that they attracted a fair amount of male attention. A couple of older guys were the first to shoot their shot and offered to buy them drinks. Amy, a master at turning down the advances of guys, flirtatiously sent them on their way without making them feel hard done by. Beth was enamoured of Amy’s skills. A moment later she got to see them again.
The third set of guys was a little more out there in terms of appearance. One was strongly into the punk aesthetic and the other was in a band T-shirt and a bit of makeup. Amy could tell that Beth was at least a little interested in them. In a break in the chat Amy leaned into Beth and said, “They are pretty cute. We could hang out with them for a bit if you like.”
The fact that Beth paused for consideration was telling to Amy but Beth said, “Maybe another time. I’m enjoying spending time with you right now.”
Amy felt a little pang of appreciation for those words and gave her a kiss on the cheek. “I’m sorry boys, my girlfriend wants it to just be us girls tonight,” she said to the guys. “It’s our one-month anniversary. It will have to be another time.” She turned to Beth and said, “I love this one, come and dance with me.”
The bar had a small dance floor which had a few people on it. Amy pulled Beth to the dance floor and was pleasantly surprised when Beth had no reservations about dancing. Beth was a good dancer and she looked very appealing as she swayed her hips and swung her chest in time to the music. Amy moved in close and the pair began to dance together. As it went on, it was clear that both of them were getting into a particular mood. They were pressed up against each other, their bodies swaying and drawing the lustful gaze of many in the bar. Their faces were close together and it became almost impossible not to kiss. It was Amy who instigated it but it was blatant that Bath wanted to. As soon as their lips touched, Beth let go of any reservation and returned the kiss with enthusiasm.
The thumping of the music and the pleasure of the kiss put them into their own little world as they made out on the dancefloor. Amy hadn’t kissed another woman in so long and she realised that she had missed it. It wasn’t the same as kissing a guy. The interplay between them was different, more mutual, certainly softer and Beth smelled prettier. Amy felt Beth’s hand move down towards her butt and give it a squeeze. Amy pressed herself against Beth to let her know that it was welcome.
Neither woman could care less about the scene they were making. Half of the small dance floor had stopped dancing to the beat as they were watching the two women making out. Amy eventually opened her eyes and caught a glimpse of people's reactions. “It looks like we are quite the hit,” she said into Beth’s ear. “Do you want to get out of here?”
Beth blushed furiously when she realised. “Yeah, let’s go.”
Hand in hand the two women exited the bar giggling at what had just happened. Amy didn’t let Beth get far before she pulled on her hand and into another kiss. “First kiss with a girl?” she asked.
“My first kiss like that,” said Beth licking her lips, her voice breathy with arousal. “So, what do we do now?”
“Well, we can’t go back to mine. I think my husband might have something to say about that, not to mention Kenny.”
“Do you… Do you want to come back to mine?” Beth asked, nervously.
“That was kind of what I was getting at. If you want to, that is.” She wanted to make sure she wasn’t pressuring Beth. If it was going to be a positive experience for her then it needed to be her choice.
“I’d like that,” said Beth with a smile.
“I’ll get an Uber,” said Amy, looking forward to getting more intimate with this sexy young woman.
As they waited for the ride, Beth leaned against a wall and Amy leaned against Beth. They cuddled and chatted. Amy pulled out her phone. “We should get a picture to commemorate the occasion.” She took a selfie of the two of them and another one with them kissing. “Mind if I send the first one to Kenny? I want to tease the poor boy.”
“Sure, I guess that’s fine,” said Beth. “I suppose you told him about tonight.”
“Yeah, he’s your friend so I didn’t want to do it behind his back. I think he was a little jealous. He’s into you.”
“He is? I thought he and Lula were a thing.”
“I don’t think Lula is looking for a relationship right now. That was just a fling,” Amy told her.
“Oh, I see.”
“I thought you might be into Kenny at one point.”
“I am, I mean, I was, I mean… Can we not talk about this right now? It’s a bit confusing,” stammered Beth.
“I get that,” said Amy and gave Beth a kiss. “Sorry, I know this is a strange situation.”
“It’s okay. I just want to think about what’s happening right now at the moment,” said Beth.
At that moment a car honked its horn making the woman jump. Amy turned and waved at the driver. She turned back to Beth, took her hand and said, “Come on, I can’t wait to get you in private.”
Beth bit her lip and smiled. “Yeah, me too,” she said and followed Amy into the back of their ride.
