I am a little unsure of what I want to do about the wider world in the story. I have ideas for what will be happening at home but I feel like Tom needs to do something to mitigate the impact of the wish without reversing it (He is too into what is happening to turn it off just yet). I am open to any suggestions but a couple of ideas are: He makes all black women into futas/dickgirls or he widens the definition of black to include Indo Asian/Middle Eastern men too.
Let me know what you think about those ideas or throw something at me if you think there is a better idea.

A couple thoughts come to mind. I'm really into the spread and changing social dynamics from having women be QOS idea, so the math is a plothole I was perfectly willing to ignore but you could use it as a plot device at the same time. There are lots of women, off screen, who cant get into a black man's harem but it doesn't apply to sarah. Focusing on how blacks are given special status and privileges to encourage more immigration, there is always "still not enough", so competition for them is fierce. One country offers them generous financial incentives to immigrate so another does so to as well as offering special rights the general population doesn't have. Bringing in more is an ongoing process beyond the time this story takes place.
Personally I'd prefer it to be toned way down in scale and only affect (wife). It was fun seeing it happen on a big scale.
