Looking for a launch team!
🕑 Added 2023-02-24 12:24:54 +0000 UTCBook Five is nearly here!
Book releases are always a nerve-wracking time for authors, especially indie authors like me who are subject to the Zon's whims. ๐
But one thing that would really soothe my jitters, would be a launch team. ^^
A launch team basically just helps an author draw attention to a new release, by making posts about it on relevant subreddits/Facebook groups/Discord servers, and wherever else we can come up with.
Things like posting a review about the book or series, making a meme about your favourite character (Like Loudmouth!), or maybe starting a discussion about an interesting topic and using The Whispering Crystals as an example.
If done right, it shouldn't be too difficult or time-consuming, and it helps me out a lot. ^^
I'm thinking of publishing next week, so if you've got a bit of time (and inclination) to help out, please consider joining my launch team on Discord!
Check out the launch-team channel on my server for a bit more detail, and click the rocket emoticon in the reaction-roles channel to get the special launch-team role, so I can keep you up to date. ^^
