Hey Kathy and Caveh. I have more thoughts on this episode. Kathy says “I’m so ashamed of the shameful part in me” or something like that. I can identify with that. I also have a lot of shame. Shame is passed down from generation to generation. As someone one said, at some point a person hast to take responsibility for it, and stop the chain of shame. Kathy, you expressed it so eloquently. You’re very smart, in case you didn’t know that. I encourage you to keep doing what you’re doing, it’s great.
