5725 SUMNTER COURT (FURNISHED)
🕑 Added 2023-08-28 16:39:11 +0000 UTC
Here's a cluttered and fully furnished 3 bedroom/3 bathroom family home. This home was decorated for a mom and dad with a newborn son and twin daughters. This lot has been test played and works on my end. Make sure to tag my socials below if you use the build in any way. Happy Simming!
known issues you will need to fix (my apologies): the baby crib is faced the wrong way | magnets need to be deleted off fridge in order to use fridge | pot and pan need to be deleted in order to use it | back patio door is not functional (will need to be replaced). hope this helps!
DOWNLOAD: MediaFire π½
make sure to download the "TRAY FILES" AND "CC" (kept this as minimal as I could!) for the lot to show up in your library with custom content check marked for lots. my gallery ID is "sierrathesimmer." you should be searching the lot in your library.
Lot Size - 40 x 30 (anywhere)
A huge thanks to all the cc creators that helped in the making of this build!

I just ask that you do not claim any of my sims or builds as your own. Do not place this build, change a few things and then claim as your own!
Please do not share the link to download this to others. This build will be available to the public on September 11th.
MAKE SURE 'BB.MOVEOBJECTS' and "BB.SHOWHIDDENOBJECTS" IS ON BEFORE PLACING LOT.

sn: If you notice something is missing, message me and let me know. I export all the custom content through Tray Importer and sometimes it won't upload everything.
I have 50,000+ files of cc. I do not intentionally ever not include any of the custom content used!
