Here's my version of Nikki Beach Club. This lot is set as Beach, but can works as a Restaurant, Spa or Bar. I placed this lot in Sulani (Island Living EP) and is the perfect location for a girls or guys day out! I test played this lot and it works on my end. yes it says that my software has detected malware in the mediafire site. I tried to turn it off just to download it and still the same thing. I even went through a different browser and still nothing

hey luv is there another way for you to send this to me? My virus protector will not let me download it for some reason. I can download the tray items and the other files but not the CC. This is the only download i'm having an issue with.

Got it! I wouldβve loved to place it in Sulani but I have your Tulum build there bc when I tried to place the Tulum build on Sapphire Shores the entire back end was under water and I couldnβt figure out how to fix it.

Oh okay, gotcha! I donβt think you can place pool lots on lots that have oceanfronts. I didnβt know that until a few months ago. So Iβm glad it worked. I think any tropical lot will work for this.

I first placed it on Sapphire Shores. Because I have another of your builds on the other 50x50 lot. I then placed it on the 50x50 in Oasis Springs (not the park, the other lot) and the pull showed up there.

This is beautiful. I just placed it, though, and thereβs no pool. Iβm unable to draw one, either, because of how the lot is placed (says you canβt place a pool on an underwater lot of something like that) . Did I do something wrong?
