Make sure that there is no tint on your vehicles in the meta files, make sure the vehicle is clean as it makes a difference and last but not least, make sure that you have installed a good visualsetting.dat file. If you have QuantV or NVE installed, you can simply adjust via Reshade menu. The above has always been covered on every car install video I have done.
