Rich's Police Enhancement doesn't have official Audio technically. However, it does have Street Audio that you can download separately. I would not recommend installing the Street audio though, as I have already included twice as many streets for BlueLine dispatch. Some people are still hearing the old dispatch audio even though their pathway was set to the scanner folder. I can't really control what other mods do, so it is up to the user to install it or not.

Hey I was wondering if this is the same situation with Rich’s police enhancement? As that also has pursuit updates and mixed dispatcher audio?

Please reach out to Khorio (creator of Xscanner). I have zero control over Xscanner and if the mod is directing audio as intended.

i reinstalled xscanner and set the path still mixes audio

I deleted it as it constantly conflicted with your dispatch mod. I just run broadcastify website in the background now and no more issues!

Please read the EDIT made this morning. Xscanner is still a great plugin, you just need to make sure that your pathway for the audio is correct within the plugin itself and perhaps turn off the landmark area in the menu.

I took XScanner out of my game long ago but it was causing conflict between your BLV. And the granny dispatcher thanks for the head up bro see you in the next one

I was able to turn off the relay and locations settings in XScanner, restart GTA, and it seems like it's just giving me the background audio but still all of your dispatch voices even for streets. If that changes and I hear the vanilla lady it's getting uninstalled 🤣
