Technically there is only one way to change the spawn distance to make it more realistic at a 3 minute response time and that would be in your DefaultRegions.xml file. I would type a lot more info here, but you are not a Patreon member, and I would be typing for another 10 minutes. Perhaps I would do a video on that at one time. The notification info is information provided to the localization file. Just released a video on Patreon explaining all of that.

If you purchased off of the Patreon Shop and as long as it is the same account that you purchased the mod under, you should be able to revisit the shop front and download again with no problem.

You would need to look at the NATO Phonetic zip file in the Dispatch mod. You should see a folder called NATO Phonetic Callsigns. If you install those, it should read back the Charlie part of your Callsign.

Howdy, I hope I can get some help with this. Whenever dispatch says my callsign, Charlie 43, she doesn't say 43 and instead says 40 then 3. Theres a pause between 40 and 3 which is kind of bumming but not unplayable. Any fixes? My callsign is written like this "CHARLIE-43"

Hi so I was wondering if there is an ambient audio that plays when inside the police car. I have an old mod that plays whenever im just sitting in a car. Do you have an updated one to go with BlueLine Dispatch?

Usually that is an indication that you have the Zip file in a certain folder within your PC and you are attempting to transfer the files over. My advice is to extract the folder out of the zip file first and onto the desktop. Then drag the files over to proper place (i.e. game directory) Another thing you can try is to use a different zip file program. For example WinRAR is free and also 7-zip is also a free program that you can get off of the internet that does not cost anything. See if that helps. Basically you are the first person to mention this, so it is definitely on your end and not the dispatch mod setup. Should be an easy fix though.

Gotcha, I was under the impression you did not hear dispatch at all. Now it sounds more of problem with just dispatch not understanding certain phrases.

So I went into Game and SFX was still good, went to the pathway and opened folders and herd the audio just fine, then i went and uninstalled the last five addon car packs I've put in and now dispatch isn't responding. So now that I deleted those packs, I'm going to reinstall grammar police, and blue line dispatch and see if that works. Another thing I forgot to mention is that when I asked for a plate check or asked to turn on or off priority tone, she responded to me loud and clear as normal but anything else I had no audio played back. I'll keep you posted on how it goes.

That is rather odd. Do two things: Check your GTA settings in game and go to Audio SFX. Make sure that is at 80 to 85%. See if you hear dispatch now. If your still not hearing dispatch, close game and then go to the pathway here: Grand Theft Auto V > lspdfr > audio > scanner Start opening folders and clicking on the audio files to see if you can hear anything. You should hear audio. If not, something was altered with your PC output settings, and you will have to seek how to problem solve that on your PC end. If the audio sounds fine, then I would remove the Addon car pack from the DLC list. Not sure which car pack it is, I guess it's possible that it might have had some engine sounds as well? I have seen car packs like that in the past. Let me know how it goes.

If more people request it, possibly. FBI Callouts is 3 years old. Most people do not use that callout pack. A lot of effort to modify those files if people are planning on using them.

So I've been using blue line dispatch for months now and love it to death. Only thing is I installed an add on car pack the other day and I don't know if this has anything to do with it but after I installed that I went into game and grammar police and blue line dispatch was still working and could understand me, but I couldn't hear her. Hey Mike sorry to bother you, been trying to reach you here and on youtube with this big issue that breaks immersio for me. I notice in your videos when you start a puruit of a suspect, YOU are in control of the situation and what backups you call and what not. In my game the moment a suspect flees from a traffic stop, i immediatelly have units around them randomly and even a heli in the sky without me asking for them. This ruins it for me and i have finally found something i enjoy thrhough your vids and Blue line dispatch. please help. thank you :)

Sometimes with default LSPDFR your character may yell things on occasion. Also the other officers tend to yell a lot as well. That is default LSPDFR, been that way for years. However, if you want to take a look at Pherem Sicarios Patreon channel, he has several mods compiled into one download that also includes a mod called "No Profanity mod" This essentially mutes the yelling from your character and the other officers as well. I have been using it for well over a year and I like it. I am not 100% sure if a gifted shop purchase would show payment to allow you the free updates as it is linked between your Patreon account and your receipt of purchase. If you do not see a download link on the shop front to download the v2.6, then more than likely that would be no, according to Patreon. If the Patreon Membership is something you were interested in - The $5 Tier Patreon members get all 40+ exclusive videos in the Patreon only collection and they also have access to the BlueLine dispatch mod. If Patrons cancel their membership, then yes, they will not have access to future updates. But they can still keep their download of whatever current version of the BlueLine Dispatch.

If you have LSPDFR installed - you have it. M key for your LSPDFR main menu. It will be under Police Radio . I have covered this several times on my LSPDFR installs. When you say "dispatch isn't dispatching when performing a PED check" can you clarify what you mean by that. Is dispatch not understanding you? Is dispatch not providing the information? Are you asking for a Ped check? Did you change your phrases in your Grammar Police for ped check to make sure you are saying the right phrase? If you are meaning dispatch audio for a PED check, there has never been audio available for the past 10 years.

Hello! I bought BlueLine Dispatch today, and so far, it's great! I don't know if I did something wrong or if it just isn't implemented yet, but dispatch isn't dispatching when performing a PED check. Lastly, I want to know which mod includes the animation of talking into your shoulder radio when on foot. I don't have it, and it breaks the roleplay.

If you watched the video on how to just upgrade to version 2.6 - you would see the full mod is not needed for upgrade. There was no new Callout Audio included as there was no new Callout pack audio at the time of release. The Full mod download has all that you need under BlueLine Callout Audio v2.5

Yes that is because you have Xscanner Installed. It appears that several people are having issues with this. The Xscanner plugin even if you have your pathway for the audio directed to your scanner folder for the BlueLine dispatch is not working properly. So you have a choice. You can continue to use Xscanner and hear the old dispatch on occasion (Streets and locations) or you can remove it and have a 100% working BlueLine Dispatch. That would be up to you with your gameplay. Personally, I don't use Xscanner, I prefer a working game that sounds great and not have mixed dispatchers. Some like the Xscanner because you can hear the Live police radio in the background ..... well .... then why not use Broadcastify for that? I have a video showing you how to do that here. No that is not normal. I would ask, why are you patrolling on the same streets lol. The game gives out proper location and if the game wants to call on certain streets it can do so. The fact that it is saying "Downtown Vinewood" is because you are in fact ..... near downtown Vinewood. It sounds like you have not installed the Dispatch mod correctly. You are not hearing the tow truck sounds that is provided and you are not hearing street audio. I would delete that scanner folder and completely reinstall it from scratch.

That's what I did at first, but once the SFX sound is increased, the ELS siren sound and gunshots (I have a mod for that) are extremely high too. So in the end I just have to set the GTA sound low enough.

I can't confirm if it would or not. I can only confirm that a few have got this to work with FivePD and ERS. Not sure about FiveM as that is completely separate.

The audio for BlueLine dispatch is as high as I can go without the audio peaking. You can hear in my videos, the audio is loud enough. My advise is to go to your audio settings in GTA 5 and check your SFX, you should have that up to at least 80-90% if that doesn't budge the dispatch audio, check your PC system audio and make sure that the output audio is at 100%

I am confused. What does any of that have to do with with Audio file replacement. The dispatch mod is an audio overhaul. It's not a plugin and does not affect other plugins. Please visit the discord if you are having issues with your game.

For a police transport, there is no official audio from LSPDFR itself. For example, there is no audio available for "Prisoner Transport" no way to change that unless LSPDFR developers add something in. BlueLine Dispatch can't create audio when there is no audio available. Requesting a Tow truck - you should hear audio from dispatch that a tow truck is enroute to your location. Not sure why you are not hearing this audio. You may need to reinstall the dispatch mod if that is the case. If you are hearing the same audio played for Tow truck, that is a coincidence. I have provided up to 5 audio files for Tow Truck and 5 more for Flatbed tow truck. I have no control over which audio file that the game picks. I can put 100 audio files in there, but the game will pick what it is going to pick.

Nope you do not need Grammar Police necessarily. You also do not need Stop The Ped technically. It will still replace the old dispatcher. If you do not use Grammar Police you will miss out on a ton of features with the BlueLine Dispatch. You do not need a microphone for Grammar Police as I have mentioned that multiple times on my Patreon and YouTube channel. You can use menus without issues. TLDR: It is highly recommended that you have Grammar Police installed to get the full functionality of the mod. But it is NOT a requirement!

Do you have e Callout interface installed? If so, go to Calloutinterface.ini config. Top of config, make sure Autotraffic stops are set to false.

Answer: If you installed the Callout Plugins correctly - it would be impossible for the Callout Audio folders to not be in your scanner folder. Please rewatch the video again at the point when installing the Callout Plugins first, and then replacing the Callout audio. You are missing a step. I provided the Callout Plugin links in the description of this video: 1. Download the Callout plugin first from lspdfr.com (All links are provided on the install video) 2. Take the Callout Plugin you downloaded (For example Deryll Callouts and open the Zip file) Drag both of the Deryll Callout plugin folders lspdfr and plugins folder into your main game directory (you are pulling them somewhere else) 3. Open you scanner folder: Grand Theft Auto V / lspdfr / audio / scanner: You will see the callout audio folder inside if done correctly. 4. Open my BlueLIne Callout Audio 2.5 zip file - Find the Callout you just installed (For example Deryll Callouts) Drag my modified callout folder and now drag it into your scanner folder to replace the audio.

Question, Ive followed all directions and have the 3 callouts you listed and have played through it already. However when going into audio files through lspdfr folder I am not seeing any of the callout folders per your video in the audio folder?

It's all good, yes I do agree slightly with that. I have noticed that the plate checks and callsigns might need to be adjusted. This will be improved in an update probably in the next 2 weeks.

Perhaps you deleted your audio folders from Grammar Police or Stop The ped before installing? Either way, this is audio replacement, this is not a plugin.

How do you have your phrases set up? Do you have "Roll me an another unit?" in your phrases? If not, you need to set that up. I have done tutorials on how to do your own phrases over on YouTube. For now, if you say "Dispatch Requesting another unit" or "Dispatch send me another unit" it should potentially work with default Grammar Police. Most of the time the default phrases work better if you actually say "Dispatch requesting" in front of what you want. "Dispatch requesting a tow truck" "Dispatch requesting code 2 backup" "Dispatch requesting a plate check" However, you can definitely include "Dispatch roll me" if your phrases are modified.

Hi so I am having an issue and I am wondering if you or if anyone can help me. I installed everything correctly, followed all of the steps, however about 8/10 times, dispatch just refuses to do/respond to me. For example, I will say "Dispatch", wait for her to respond, then say "roll me an another unit" and it just doesn't respond. Curious if there is any possible issues you could know off the top of your head. Anything helps, thanks and cheers!

It would find the audio in the CRIMES folder if the author coded it correctly on their end. There are over 400 crime audio files, so the game should find it. However, there are some well known callouts that do not produce audio at all, for example the LSPDFR Devs created a Warrant Callout, would you believe even the developers of LSPDFR forgot to put in the code for the audio? Yep.

Hey there Mack. More than likely you are using Xscanner. Please read the description above about the Xscanner and the link to get that fixed for you. Might be hard to find on that description, since there are so many links, it is about midway down the list there, above the Callout Pack link info. I also put the link under Useful Videos. hope im not asking a question youve answered 1000 times but its working pretty well. When street names are read off by dispatch, it reverts to the old dispatch, and then goes back to the blueline dispatch...did i not remove a file properly or something? i went step by step

Maybe download it again. It's a zip file, I used nothing special to zip the files up and you are the only one with this issue.

There has never been a pedcheck audio from dispatch. Grammar Police, Stop The Ped, nor LSPDFR has never given audio for that. It would be nice to see that added in, you would think LSPDFR would have audio for that, but no. Platechecks yes, but not pedcheck. If you ever hear of a mod that can do that in the future, please let me know and I can add it in.

I followed your installation to a T and when i do a pedcheck there is no one speaking anymore. Everything else seems to be ok

Yes, it seems like the NATO system is included with STP by default. I don’t mind it but I could be fixed. :)

i download 2.5 and i still getting the old lspdfr woman voice so are we suppose to delete police scanner in lspdfr

Love the update, downloaded yesterday and played last night. I did have some crashing issues but it may be my own doing with cars etc...I will diagnose this issue today hopefully when I get time. I appreciate the work you put in. You've inspired me to create my own YouTube channel definitely isn't going to be anything like yours but this is like my free minded space, and I love the challenge of creating and even fixing problems in the game. Well just go back to the 2.1 version then. Doesn't sound "robotic" to me, especially if you listened to the Deryll Callout audio, turned out pretty good. There are over 20 brand new EMS and Fire Responses (those are 100% from real people) so not sure how I can make it any more immersive than real life. But since you feel like it's a more robotic sound, not really sure how I can improve on that. I hope you are not judging the entire dispatch mod on a few voice lines from the dispatcher? Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, so it's okay.

I honestly just downloaded 2.1 the other day. I am really enjoying the new dispatch. I updated to 2.5 yesterday and I do like it but I feel like it’s its a more robotic sound. It doesn’t feel as immersive.

Thank you for that information. I will double check and see what the problem is. I might have to go in and fix that. I appreciate the feedback! Marc, if you want to switch those back without having to redownload the entire dispatch mod and install it, open that NATO Plate zip folder and click on the NATO Plate Check and Callsign Uninstaller. It will fix that for you. I went ahead and corrected that in the main Patron Shop Download for the Dispatch 2.5 download now. So you just helped several people out. Check your DMs when you got a second and respond so that I can give you a personalized Callsign.

This update is awesome! One question...I didn't touch the NATO zip file but somehow still ended up with the NATO version for stop the ped (plate checks). Everything else with GP is the regular phonetic alphabet.

Good question. Use the new Callout Audio folder to replace any Callout pack that you are currently using. If you have an audio folder from a different kind of mod, you can pull those back in if you like. But all of the callout packs have been adjusted slightly with this release, even if the Callout pack didn't get an update. Hopefully that makes sense.

You are the only one I have heard this from. Are you installing any Calloutpack? If so, which one. These are audio files, they shouldn't be crashing your game. You didn't delete out your GP or STP Audio folders before installing correct?

Awesome! Question, do I need to reinstall the callouts that I'm replacing the audio for since I deleted the scanner? Or can I just place the callout audio folders in from your mod instead of replacing the original.

That is interesting. My audio folder has more files than the download for 686Callouts. Did you try deleting out the 686Callout folder and then try reinstalling the new BlueLIne 2.5 686Callout Audio?
