This primarily works 100% on Steam. However, I have been told that this method still works for Epic Games as well. If you are on Epic Games you may not have the steam_api64 file. If you don't see it, you can more than likely skip that part of the video.
Retail users that have to launch with the Rage Launcher - This method will more than likely not work for you. Sorry about that, this has been an issue for years if you bought it that way.
If you do not backup your game files, you will need to wait until Script Hook, LSPDFR and RageHook all update. It can be as little as 48 hours to 2 weeks until all of these update. Average time is about 3-5 days. Good luck!

It should be okay, I know I am answering this after the update, but all should be good now. However, I do suggest that you follow the instructions of this video still and store those files mentioned on this video away in a zip file. You will thank me later when another update hits in a month or so.

Correct me if I'm wrong but isnt it impossible to revert to the 3442 with the new RPH? There is no back up option in the settings so in two weeks we'll just have to wait for the RPH & SHV updates rather than revert 💔

RageHook is compatible with 3411. If your game version is 3411 it should work for that. Make sure you have installed the latest LSPDFR and RageHook found on the main website lspdfr.com

The mods that you find will work just fine. GTA 5 updates do not affect plugins and other mods that are used for LSPDFR. The only things that need to update is LSPDFR, RageHook and Script Hook V. I have never seen a plugin used like Deadly Weapons, Grammar Police, Ultimate Backup, Stop the Ped for example ever break due to an update over the past 10 years. Ultimate Backup still works fine on old versions of GTA and also the new versions of GTA. Your Deadly weapon mod crashing may be a result of another dependency perhaps.

should i revert aswell like you do in this video. ive got a lot of mods working currently like ultimate backup els grammar police. some mods like traffic policer say they are outdated does this fix that. deadly weapons mod crashes as soon as i go on duty. is this because of the update? sorry if i got a lot of questions

Ended up having to uninstall and re install ASI Loader and OpenIV.ASI to fix the lights thanks for the tutorial so I can keep my game version 🫡

Reverting wouldn't cause that. This is just reverting the game version to the previous version. For more help on ELS you might want to post in our discord under modding-chat

I did this everything seems to be working well except not all the police lights on my police cars are activating, not sure if I need to re install els or something?
