OpenIV with Edit Mode On -
Copy the Police Menu Cad System png file to
GTAV > Mods > update > update.rpf > x64 > data > cdimages > scaleform_generic.rpf
and replace the vehicle_spawn_I6 image with this new one. Any questions, please ask

Hey John, ya he changed the install recently. Just find the image you wish to replace in OpenIV and no matter what the image name is, you can just select that particular image and select replace. You will probably want to do this in two places. police_menu.ytd and police_menubackgrounds.ytd areas. You will see the police_menubackgrounds.ytd has several files. I would find the one that says custom and replace that one, and if you feel like replacing the one in the police_menu.ytd you can do that as well. I think the ini file that comes with Poilce menu is a bit confusing. You will not find anything about custom backgrounds, until you load it for the first time. You can alt+tab and find your poilcemenu.ini config file and you will see the new ini file that was created with some other options. You can turn the custom backgrounds either on or leave them as default. Let me know if you need any help. I will probably do a tutorial on this soon, but the author keeps changing the damn thing so often lol

I could not find a file called vehicle_spawn_I6 image in scaleform_generic.rpf. And I have Police Menu installed and working. So I didn't want to paste this into here yet without checking.
