When it comes to the Beyoncé and MJ thing, it goes into something I’ve always thought. Why are people so caught up in only one person being on top? Beyonce and MJ are both huge juggernauts, they’re both household names, they’re both legendary artists in music history, they are both living proof that excellence at that level is reserved for white folks. What are we trying to compare them for? What do you gain by comparing the currently living Beyoncé to a man that passed in 2009? Also why can’t people leave MJ’s legacy alone? You got people trying to say Taylor Swift or Harry Styles is the new Michael, like stop 💀
