2 pieces breast chicken
6 lemon grass
5 kaffir lime leaves
4 shallots
8 cloves of garlic
8 fresh red chilies
1 tsp of white pepper
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 cup of water
olive oil to fry
Served with steamed rice or pasta
