(Demon Queen Beeg Neptune) Akeelas Questionable Mission Part 2
🕑 Added 2025-09-08 21:00:03 +0000 UTC“I cannot let this stand!” Akeela roared, slamming open the doors of the Grand Library of Unending Chaos, which was not technically her property, but she used it like it was.
Books on ancient spells, maybe curses, and mostly worlds rattled on their shelves. A suspicious owl blinked at her, then went back to pretending it was a statue.
Akeela, the half-shark girl, self-proclaimed maid of the dark goddess Nagisa, marched in like a woman on a mission. Which she was. Kind of.
Her tail swished furiously behind her, leaving little damp footprints on the marble floor. Which didn't make sense, since she was wearing professional high heels, but she also never questioned it. She carried exactly zero books but had a head full of dangerous ideas.
She stomped over to the big table in the back, where a glowing crystal screen hovered over a stack of "DO NOT TOUCH" scrolls. She touched them anyway. With a dramatic spin, she sat down, cracked her knuckles, and began typing furiously with her gloved fingers.
“Nagisa-sama tried to relax the other day. She downloaded a game. And it SUCKED.”
“Trash UI, a loot system made of lies, and THREE battle passes?! Outrageous. Unforgivable. A maid like me CANNOT let that stand! I have to do something!”
She started pulling books off the shelves without reading the titles. They clattered around her like very disappointed encyclopedias.
“Okay. Gaming solutions… cross-play diplomacy… cursed marketing… INTERDIMENSIONAL BRAND SUMMONING??”
Akeela blinked at the glowing screen. She squinted at a highlighted phrase.
“Gamindustri: A world where each console is ruled by its own goddess.”
“…Huh.”
She leaned closer. The page was from a suspicious-looking wiki called ConsoleQueens.net.
“A land of goddesses... If I make the right one win... I can force all the others to cooperate.”
Then, another page popped up in a new tab. “Dev Unity = Better Games. Scientists Don’t Actually Disagree.”
Akeela smacked the table triumphantly, causing a nearby candle to snuff itself out in protest.
“I see it now! If I back the strongest console goddess… I can fix gaming at the source!!”
Her frilled ears fluttered with excitement. Her sharp little teeth grinned wide.
“I need to find the perfect goddess to take over everything!!!”
Without another word, she turned on her heel and stormed across the room toward a shallow puddle by the corner. Nobody knew why the puddle was always there. Some say it was an unfortunate accident millenia ago. Others said it was Akeela’s fault from like an hour ago.
She didn’t hesitate. With one dramatic leap, she dove in headfirst.
SPLOOSH.
The puddle rippled, shimmered… and then stilled.
Akeela was gone.
A new mission had begun.

It was a regular day for Neptune.
Which meant it was Gaming Day.
So yeah… a regular day.
Neptune was sprawled out in her gamer chair, snacks in arm’s reach, controller in hand, eyes glued to the screen. Her mouth moved with the rhythm of someone narrating her own Let’s Play out loud. “Take that, you nooblord! Nep-Nep strikes again! MVP, baby!” she cackled, lazily kicking her legs as her character delivered a final blow.
Just then, the door creaked open.
Nepgear peeked in, holding a clipboard like it was a shield. “Um… Neptune? Do you need anything? Maybe… maybe work? Or lunch?”
Neptune didn’t even look over. “Yeah, I need a refill. Water.” She gestured vaguely to a mostly-empty glass beside her. “Gotta stay hydrated if I’m gonna grind these dailies.”
Nepgear sighed like she’d aged ten years. “Alright. I’ll bring you more…” She turned and walked off, muttering something about "at least she’s drinking something healthy for once."
Left alone, Neptune resumed her glorious quest for gamer greatness. She barely noticed as the surface of her water glass began to ripple. Then bubble. Then—
FWOOSH!
A glowing red fin breached the surface, slicing through the water like a shark through unsuspecting summer vacationers. It shimmered, hovered for a moment…
And then—
CLIRRRRRRRSH!!!
The glass exploded in a burst of sparkles and steam, water cascading across Neptune’s controller. A shape burst from the remains, landing squarely in the middle of the room with a squishy thunk.
“FOR NAGISA-SAMAAAAAA!!!” roared a voice that sounded equal parts righteous and unhinged.
Smoke cleared. Standing in a dramatic, slightly soggy pose was a girl, red and white hair, professional maid outfit somehow surviving the water impact, and a massive shark tail swishing behind her like it owned the place.
“…Whoa,” Neptune blinked.
A beat passed.
Then she grinned. “That was one heck of an entrance. 10 outta 10. You go, girl!”
Akeela planted her soaked boots squarely on the carpet, hands on her hips, tail swishing with righteous determination.
“I have arrived,” she announced, pointing dramatically at Neptune, “to turn a goddess of my choosing into a demon lord, so that she may conquer the world and unite the fractured gaming nations under one glorious, unified dev team!”
She struck a bold, villainous pose, wind somehow blowing through her fins and maid frills despite there being no open windows.
“And I have chosen… YOU, Neptune!”
Neptune blinked. “Nah. I don’t wanna.”
Akeela paused.
Then ignored her.
“You see,” she continued, raising a finger like she was giving a lecture to an invisible evil council, “for you to truly dominate, you’ll need a bit more power in your body. Maybe like... fifteen percent more maturity. Twenty for style.”
“Girl, I’m not sure if you know this,” Neptune said, raising an eyebrow, “but I am actually way older than—”
Before she could finish, Akeela whipped around, grabbed the glass of water Nepgear had just placed on the table, dipped her hand into it, and—
SPLASH.
“Wha—WHAAEEAA?!?” Neptune shrieked as a shimmering pulse of magic spread across her skin.
In an instant, her form began to glow, stretch, and shift. Her frame elongated, curves blossoming with comical speed. Her voice deepened a pitch, and her hoodie tightened in all the wrong, or maybe right, places. Her hair swished dramatically as a more mature version of herself stood blinking in the aftermath.
“…Whoa.”
She looked down.
Her hands immediately cupped her now-much-fuller chest.
“HOLY MOLY, I didn’t know I could have boobs in my non-HDD form! Isn’t that cool, Nep-jr?!” She turned toward her sister with a huge grin.
Nepgear stood in the doorway, still holding the empty pitcher, frozen like a statue.
Mouth open. Eyes wide. Processing error.
“That HDD form you mentioned…” Akeela declared, scooping more water into her hands with maniacal purpose while ignoring the obviously distraught Nepgear, “let’s clad you in it! But, like… evilly. Demonically. With extra ominous glowy bits!”
Before Neptune could react, SPLASH! Another wave of enchanted water soaked her, this time with a surge of arcane static.
Her body shimmered again, this time not just aging, but transforming.
Her hoodie melted into her skin in glowing streams of code, vanishing into swirling data particles. Her complexion faded into a pale, otherworldly lilac, and sleek, minimal mechanical armor grew over her body, shaped more by aesthetic rule-of-cool than practicality. Black and violet plates clicked into place, strategically covering only the essentials, while boldly showing off everything else.
From her back, a pair of jagged, cyber-demonic wings erupted with a hydraulic hiss. A helmet materialized over her head, wrapping her in a sleek frame with a sharp, glowing visor that flickered ominously.
Her reflection in a nearby mirror stopped her in her tracks.
“...That look…” Neptune whispered, tilting her head. “It kinda reminds me of those Dark Goddesses we fought a while back…”
“Oh?” Akeela turned sharply, already sketching a blueprint midair with her wet finger. “You’ve fought demon lords before? Tell me everything. What is missing about your form?”
“For starters,” Neptune said, raising a very stern finger, “those were Dark Goddesses, not demon lords. Whole different branding.” She crossed her arms, armor clicking slightly. “And second, those girls were, like... as tall as the tallest building in Planeptune. So I don’t exactly com… uhm.”
She trailed off.
Akeela had gone dead silent.
She was no longer holding a glass. She was no longer holding a pitcher.
She was holding what looked like the entire Planeptune palace’s water reservoir, now swirling into a massive airborne sphere, glowing with unrestrained magical energy.
"...It was a joke," Neptune said quickly. “Okay? It was a—”
KAAAAAAAAASPLAAAAAAASHHHHHHHHH!!!
“BRUURUBUBU!!!” Neptune gurgled, flailing helplessly as a literal tidal wave of enchanted water slammed her into the wall, flipping her upside down midair like a wet sock in a hurricane.
…
—
“Gotcha! That’s two!”
The skies of Lastation cracked with thunder as Demonic Goddess Neptune triumphantly slammed the enchanted cage shut, Green Heart inside and fuming.
With White Heart already secured, that made two goddesses down.
Only one remained.
Far above the ruined battlefield, Black Heart hovered, panting, bruised, and absolutely outmatched.
“What are you?! WHO are you!?” she cried, desperation lacing her voice as she hurled another futile burst of energy forward, only for it to fizzle harmlessly against Neptune’s glowing aura.
“Oh, I’ll tell you,” Demonic Goddess Neptune purred, power radiating off her with every step as she approached. Her wings spread with theatrical menace. “But only after I’ve caught all of you. Because that’s when the plot can progress~!”
“You can’t just—” Black Heart started, then blinked as a glimmer of recognition broke through the horror. “...WAIT. Is that YOU, Neptune?!”
“Aww~ You spoiled the surprise!” Neptune giggled, raising a single finger like a magician prepping her final trick. “Oh well!”
KAKLANK!
“EEK!”
Black Heart screamed as the third and final cage snapped shut around her.
“And that’s three!” Demonic Goddess Neptune declared proudly, spinning around with a little victory twirl that made her ominous wing-blades shimmer. “One for each genre we’re going to fix first~!”
The three trapped goddesses glared at her from their high-tech prisons, confused, insulted, and slightly impressed all at once.
“Neptune! If that really is you, then snap out of it! You can’t just—” White Heart started.
“Ugh, stop hitting me with those cliché lines,” Neptune interrupted, waving her hand like she was swatting away dialogue boxes. “You know that never works on me. Not even in boss fights.”
She turned, her armored heels clinking menacingly against the metal platform as she faced the trio.
“Listen, I don’t know what’s going on either, okay?” she said with complete honesty and zero shame. “Some shark maid girl threw magic water at me until I turned into this... absolutely fabulous evil overlord version of myself.”
The three goddesses stared.
“But here’s the deal,” she continued, gesturing as if outlining her grand strategy, “I’m apparently a Demonic Goddess now, and I’ll stay this way until I force all of you to work together in perfect game-making harmony. So we can finally create the most perfect game ever made. One so good that even gods from other dimensions will rage-quit their own universes to come play it.”
“…Huh?” all three said in unison.
Neptune gave them a dazzling, fanged smile.
“So! We’re going back to Planeptune now. Gonna have a nice long team meeting about potential genres, mechanics, monetization models that don’t suck, and most importantly, snack options for beta testers.”
Her visor flickered as she turned away, laughing to herself.
“Ahaha~! I’m all ears! I just won’t be doing any of the actual work, of course.”
With thunder in her step and her enormous demon wings casting shadows across the world map, Demonic Goddess Neptune marched back toward Planeptune, three captured goddesses in tow.
The age of solo console wars… was officially over.
The age of forced co-op development under one very dramatic magical gamer?
Just beginning.
—
Back in the ever-drifting Void Dimension that pierced the edge of creation, the dark goddess Nagisa stepped into her private office.
The scent of ozone and incense lingered in the air, as usual, but something was different. The lights were dimmer. The room was quieter.
Except for the click-click-click of a controller.
Nagisa raised an eyebrow.
Sitting cross-legged in her massive swivel chair… her swivel chair… was Akeela, shark tail lazily flicking side to side, eyes locked on the glowing screen in front of her. The Grand Library’s systems had clearly been hijacked to run... a video game?
Nagisa silently walked around the chair, curious. Akeela didn’t even glance her way, entirely absorbed in the action. Her fingers flew over the controls with wild energy, her teeth bared in a fierce grin.
Nagisa peered at the game’s case lying nearby. The cover art shimmered with chaotic vibrancy, an ensemble of familiar figures, all rendered in shockingly high-quality 3D.
“Developed in Forced Collaboration by: Planeptune, Leanbox, Lowee, and Lastation.”
Nagisa blinked.
That shouldn’t have been possible.
But here it was.
And judging from the screen, epic boss fights, heartfelt cutscenes, a shockingly tasteful fishing minigame… it was more than just possible. It was good.
She folded her arms and watched for a moment longer. Akeela was so focused, she hadn’t noticed her goddess standing behind her. For once, there was no yelling, no grand proclamations, no world-breaking attempts to obey. Just... quiet joy, and muffled giggles as she triggered a secret combo.
Nagisa smiled to herself.
The little menace of a maid had been working harder than anyone lately.
Reshaping the gaming industry, uniting feuding goddesses and possibly rewriting console politics forever. That’s no easy task.
She deserved this.
Without a word, Nagisa turned and walked back out, the door sliding shut behind her with a gentle hum.
Inside, the glow of the screen continued to flicker, casting soft light on Akeela’s face as she played deep into the night—
Unbothered. Victorious. And finally, content.

When there is an issue for Nagisa, you can always count on Akeela to save the day! Games? Conflict? Sounds like a job for Akeela!
