Muscle Momma Course Diary (Muscle Momma TG)
🕑 Added 2025-08-18 21:00:04 +0000 UTCSaika Totsuka stood just inside the glittering threshold of The Dark Goddess’ Power Palace, clutching his gym bag like it might protect him from the sheer weight of the place. From the outside, the building looked like a cross between a Greek temple and a sci-fi superweapon. Inside, it was somehow worse.
The floor shimmered with a sleek black polish that reflected more muscle than any one mirror should be allowed to. Machinery hummed. Massive weights clanked in the distance. Somewhere overhead, an LED sign flashed in ominous pink cursive: "Turning even the skinniest guys into boulderlifters in a matter of weeks!"
Saika gulped.
He had come here with modest hopes. Maybe put on a little muscle, fill out his tennis outfit better, get mistaken slightly less often for a girl at practice. Being cute was fine. He didn’t hate it. But sometimes he wished people saw him as more than just dainty and delicate.
His limbs were toned but thin. He had endurance, sure, but no bulk to show for it. Just a bit of strength, maybe enough to impress someone during a beach match or lift a few grocery bags without dying. That was all he really wanted.
So why the hell did everyone in this gym look like they could benchpress a monster truck?
He wandered up to the glowing receptionist desk, where a floating hologram flickered to life in the form of a tanned, smiling woman with two sets of abs and a ponytail thick enough to be its own gym member.
“Welcome to The Power Palace!” she said cheerfully. “Are you here for the seven-day trial transformation package?”
“I… guess so?” Saika mumbled, scratching the back of his neck. “I mean, I don’t really need to become a superhero or anything. I’m kind of sporty, but it doesn’t… really show, you know?”
The hologram nodded sympathetically. “Totally understandable. Light definition, moderate endurance, low visual gain. We’ve got a course for everyone!”
She tapped the air, and a giant holographic menu burst to life above the desk, spinning slowly in dramatic circles.
TITAN WRESTLER
BOULDER CRUSHER
THIGH GODDESS ASCENSION
DRAGONFORM DEADLIFTER
MUSCLE MOMMA
Saika stared at the list in growing horror.
“Um…”
In the far corner of the gym, something grunted. A deep, thunderous grrrrrrrrk that sounded like tectonic plates shifting. Saika turned just in time to see a woman duck under a reinforced archway, easily five meters tall, her arms as wide as Saika’s entire body, her back rippling with muscle like coiled steel.
That wasn’t just branding. That was the truth. These were not metaphors. This gym was run by a dark goddess. Nothing here was normal.
“I think…” he said, voice dry, “I’ll go with Muscle Momma.”
The receptionist tilted her head. “Are you sure? That one’s still part of our Goddess-Tier Program. The others are just... slightly more dramatic.”
“Yeah, but it sounds—” he hesitated. “You know. Humanly achievable.”
The hologram smiled a little wider. “Sweetheart, ‘humanly achievable’ is not a concern here. But if that’s your choice, we support it wholeheartedly. You’ll have a personal trainer assigned to guide you through your journey.”
“I… don’t know if just a week of training will really do much—”
He didn’t finish the sentence.
There was a ripple in the air, a sudden shift in pressure, like the gym itself was holding its breath. From between two towering squat racks, a figure approached, tall, powerful, walking with a heavy grace like a predator at rest.
She had crimson hair tied back in a short tail, sharklike fins jutting where ears should be, and a long tail that swayed behind her like a weapon waiting to be used. Her skin glistened faintly, as if fresh from a salt spray, and her eyes were a deep ocean green that bored straight into Saika’s soul. Not to mention she had arms that all looked like each of them could crush Saika individually, and she had freaking four of them.
She wore a sports bra and compression shorts, but they barely contained the raw mass of her form. Her shoulders like sculpted stone, abs cut deep like gills, thighs like hydraulic pistons.
She stopped just in front of Saika, crossed her arms, and gave a look that was one part boredom, two parts judgment.
“My name is Akeela Talvyn,” she said flatly. “I’ll be your personal trainer starting today.”
Saika felt very small.
Very, very small. Like this was a 2.5m tall woman standing in front of him, and she was one of the more reasonably sized people in that gym. Yup, he felt EXTREMELY small.
And yet… a tiny part of him straightened up and nodded.
“…Nice to meet you.”
Day 1 – Subject: Saika Totsuka
Assigned Course: Muscle Momma
Trainer: Akeela Talvyn
Well. Here we go.
Saika Totsuka.
Short. Silver-haired. Light on his feet. Built like a tennis racket. Definitely cute, if you’re into that soft little “ran-too-many-laps-in-PE-and-fainted-in-the-locker-room” kind of look. Apparently has some kind of sporty background (tennis, I think he said), but let’s be honest, it doesn’t show. I’ve seen protein shakes with more muscle mass.
He arrived today looking like someone brought their little brother to the world's most extreme gym. And judging by the look on his face when we passed the heavy lifters' corner, where Brona was benching a cement truck again, I could tell he was starting to second-guess his life choices. Good. That means he’s paying attention.
But credit where it’s due: He didn’t run. He didn’t make excuses. He walked in with his tiny gym bag, made awkward small talk, and followed me to the beginner’s corner like a well-trained pup. That’s where I start all my fresh projects, the ones who still think a “burn” is something you feel after your third squat. It’s quieter there. Less likely to get trampled by one of the juggernauts doing wind sprints with car tires.
And in that quiet corner, we began.
Training 1 – Foundation Mapping
Today was mostly orientation. Mapping his body’s current state, seeing how his nervous system reacts to stimuli, and trying to coax his featherweight muscles into remembering what resistance feels like. If he had any prior training, it’s buried under layers of softness and modesty.
I started him on light dumbbells, something just heavy enough to wake his muscles without traumatizing them. Bicep curls, shoulder presses, basic lunges. Nothing that would snap him in half. (Not yet.) He followed instructions well. A little shaky on form, but that’s what I’m here for. I corrected him maybe… 37 times. But he tried. Enthusiastically even. I’ll give him that.
More importantly, I’m already shaping his movement patterns. This is how you build a masterpiece: Not by loading weight on a weak frame, but by guiding the body into accepting the idea that it should be strong. Today’s activities were minor, but each one was selected to stimulate long-term adaptive response: glute activation for hip growth, shoulder mobility for size and stability, light hypertrophy triggers in the biceps and forearms.
He probably just thinks we “worked out.”
But I know better. I’ve set the trajectory.
Summary / Trainer Notes:
Mood: Nervous, but cooperative. Doesn’t complain. Eyes a little too wide. Still thinks this will be “just a week.”
Body State: Minimal mass, slight tone. Flexible, decent coordination. Responsive.
Potential: High. Especially in the hips and core. We’ll fill him out.
Prognosis: If he follows through, and I will make sure he does, this sweet little racket-boy won’t be able to swing a tennis ball without breaking the net in two.
Tomorrow we start introducing real resistance. I want to see how he handles being pushed, just a little. If he breaks, I rebuild. If he grows, I mold.
Either way, he won’t stay this size for long.
— Akeela T.
Day 2 – Subject: Saika Totsuka
Observed Progress: Early Growth Response
Now this is what I like to see.
When Saika walked in this morning, he looked like someone had hit the fast-forward button on puberty. Compared to yesterday’s high school fluff, he’d aged up at least two years overnight—maybe three. His face was a touch sharper, his jaw just a bit more defined, and the babyfat softness was giving way to a leaner, cleaner adult silhouette. Still short. Still pretty. But now there was a presence to him. Or… her? We'll get back to that.
The most obvious change was the outline.
Those delicate hips from yesterday? Widened. Not cartoonishly, not yet, but enough that I had to double-check his file. The line from waist to thigh was starting to swoop. You know the one. The kind that turns heads in locker rooms and makes jeans afraid. His chest had also started responding—just subtle tension under the pectorals for now, but when you've trained as many bodies as I have, you can see what’s coming.
She, I’ll keep testing that pronoun, seemed a little confused by it all. Kept adjusting her hoodie like she couldn’t figure out why it suddenly felt tighter around the ribs. But she didn’t complain. If anything, she was more focused than yesterday. Still intimidated, sure, especially when my previous client stomped past carrying a bench press rack on her shoulder, but Saika didn’t flinch.
Good girl.
Training 2 – Load Application and Hip Development
Today, we left the safety of the kiddie pool.
I took Saika to the barbell zone and let her get a good look at the iron. She looked at me like I’d just handed her the moon. To her credit, she didn't back away, she swallowed her nerves and squared up.
We began with loaded squats. Nothing outrageous (by my standards), but I’d estimate the bar weighed more than her entire Day 1 body. I made sure she carried it herself, none of that spotter nonsense. This wasn’t just about strength. This was about claiming mass. You want to grow a new body? You start by putting one on your back and dragging it into the future.
First rep: Wobbly.
Third rep: Decent.
By the tenth: Solid form, tight core, glutes firing like they had a purpose.
That’s when it started.
Midway through the second set, I saw her frame shift again in real time. The glutes puffed up, carving out a delicious shelf of muscle beneath her hips. Her thighs thickened, slowly but visibly, like someone was inflating her with protein and spite. Even her stance changed, no longer narrow and timid, but planted, wide, present. It’s always the hips that go first in the Muscle Momma course. They’re the anchor for everything else. The forge where power gets cast.
We followed up with weighted lunges, hip thrusts, and glute bridges. Standard work on paper, but with the magical load enhancement this gym offers, every rep practically wrote new muscle onto her body. She was panting by the end, soaked with sweat, eyes dazed. But I saw it in her face: satisfaction. That post-lift glow that says, “I’m becoming something.”
Summary / Trainer Notes:
Mood: Determined. Still shy, but something’s blooming under the surface. Maybe pride. Maybe hunger.
Body State: Noticeable hip expansion, gluteal hypertrophy initiated, pectoral tension rising. Age projection now ~19. Feminine features emerging naturally with muscle curve progression. Height increased by 2–3 centimeters.
Form: Sharpening quickly. Nervous system adapting faster than expected.
Prognosis: We're building a foundation, and it’s already thicker than her waist. If she keeps squatting like that, she’ll be breaking chairs by Friday, and loving it.
Tomorrow, we hit the upper body. Arms and chest. It’s time to see if that dainty torso can hold up against some real gravity. I have a feeling she’s going to surprise me.
— Akeela T.
Day 3 – Subject: Saika Totsuka
Status: Mid-Transformation | Female Presentation Dominant
Today was once again a day that reminded me why I love doing this job.
When Saika strutted into the gym today (yes, strutted, don’t try to deny it, girl), she looked like a completely different person. I don’t just mean new clothes, although I did notice she had swapped out her old oversized hoodie for something tighter, something that just happened to show off those increasingly scandalous hips. No, I mean her body was on the fast track to architectural miracle status.
Let’s start from the top:
Her face was older now. Much more advanced. Mid-twenties, easy. Still soft in some places, but that softness was now intentional. A kind of curated, grown-woman allure rather than lingering boyishness. The baby-cheeked schoolboy from Day 1 was pretty much gone completely. Replaced by someone who looked like she could hold a conversation about taxes and still benchpress the couch she was sitting on.
And her hips… Yes, her hips were sculpted to say the least. Bold, Frankly, irresponsible. She doesn’t walk so much as sway now, and the sway demands respect. Her thighs are… well. Thicc with a capital T and two c’s. Full, powerful, the kind that clap when you walk and could crack a watermelon by accident. Not that I tested that. (Yet.)
Her chest? We’ll call it “undeniable.” Not comical (yet) but firm, proud, and gaining volume fast. At rest, she’s already got that forward-leaning posture that comes from pecs learning how to exist in a three-dimensional world. She’s not just getting muscles, she’s growing mass with purpose. Her center of gravity is shifting. Her wardrobe will not survive the week.
And the best part? She is adapting to this quickly. I can only make her grow as much as her body can accept growth. And this girl is swallowing progress whole. Which is part of why working with her was such a great experience so far. Any training I give her will be done, not with discomfort, disdain or obligation, like so many others.
But with pure curiosity and pride.
Training 3 – Upper Body Engagement & Chest Maximization
Today was all about arms and chest. With the hips and lower body well underway, it was time to build her frame upward, give her the arms to match those thighs and the kind of upper shelf that makes sports bras scream for mercy.
We started with pull-ups, and I’ll be honest: I thought she’d struggle. That new mass isn’t light. But she nailed the first set. Strained a little, grunted a lot, and then powered through like a beast in bloom. Her lats lit up like Christmas. Delts swelled visibly with every pull, and by the third set, you could see the line of her triceps starting to pop just below the skin. I almost clapped.
Then came the bench press, modified for chest growth emphasis. Controlled tempo, deep stretch, explosive push. Every rep fed her pecs like fertilizer to a wild vine. You could see the expansion: slow, inevitable, and deeply satisfying. The muscle was blooming beneath and around the original base, pushing outward with every breath.
By the end of the workout, her chest absolutely overtook her head. I’m not exaggerating. The girl’s got pecs that could cast shade, and they’re still climbing. Gravity’s going to need help managing this project soon.
We finished with curls, pushdowns, and overhead presses, classic arm-builders to give her some serious bicep-tricep balance. Her arms aren’t just bigger now, they look strong, and when I say strong, I mean STRONG. Rounded peaks, tight definition, and the beginning of that confident arm-swing that says, “I can carry three grocery bags in one hand and crush your car door with the other.”
Summary / Trainer Notes:
Mood: Focused. Quiet. Processing. But I caught her flexing in the mirror between sets. That’s a good sign.
Body State: Age projection mid-20s. Height +5cm. Hips dominant, glutes still expanding. Chest size borderline unwieldy. Arm muscle growth initiated with high response. Shoulder girdle widening. Gender presentation now functionally and completely female.
Form: Stable. Confident. Movement becoming instinctual.
Prognosis: The transformation is accelerating. Muscle density is increasing at triple the expected rate. She’s starting to own her body. If this keeps up, she’ll outgrow the advanced corner by tomorrow.
Tomorrow we crank the volume. High rep, high intensity, high pressure. I want to see what she’s made of: Literally and figuratively.
And I think she wants it too.
— Akeela T.
Day 4 – Subject: Saika Totsuka
Status: Advanced Growth Stage | Structural Dominance Achieved
At this point, I’m not training a girl anymore.
I’m training a force of nature. As I should.
Saika walked into the gym today and, for a second, I didn’t recognize her. Not because she looked unfamiliar, oh no. Because she looked mythic. Like a statue of an ancient warrior queen that someone accidentally brought to life and gave a protein drip.
Chronologically, I’d place her in her early thirties now, but visually she was ageless and eternal. Like a living monument to hypertrophy.
Let’s talk numbers.
Height: Easily over two meters. Might be 2.10m by now. I’ll need to re-measure… again. Weight: Probably illegal in some countries.
Chest: Massive doesn’t even begin to cover it. Her pecs rise like proud armor across her torso. They were so big that it was hard to say if they were muscles or fat. But sexy as they should be. The muscle pushes forward with the kind of conviction that gets doors held open for you by accident. Her sports bra gave up around the warmup and had to be replaced mid-session. Like I always say “Good thing, we keep emergency spares.”
But here’s the kicker: Her muscles are now the primary feature. Not curves, not softness, raw, carved power. Delts like boulders. Biceps like engine blocks. Her back was practically a living mountain range. People used to stare because she was cute.
Now they move out of the damn way.
Yet, despite all that mass, all that expansion, she still has that same focused glimmer in her eyes. Maybe a little more serious now. A little more… commanding. She doesn’t look up at others anymore. She looks down, calmly, like she’s waiting for the rest of the world to catch up.
Training 4 – Mass Load & Full-System Overdrive
Today’s theme was simple: 500 of everything.
That’s not hyperbole. That’s not marketing. That’s not a cheeky trainer slogan.
That’s five hundred reps of every major movement in both the beginner’s corner and the advanced zone. I didn’t even warm her up gently—I threw her in like a lioness into the arena and watched her dominate.
500 squats (200kg loaded)
500 bench presses (starting at 120kg, increasing by set)
500 rows
500 deadlifts
500 punches (on a reinforced punching bag that now has a dent the size of a beach ball)
500 overhead presses
And to finish? 500 stair sprints. With weights.
By the end, the mat was soaked, the air was vibrating, and she was trembling, but she never stopped. Not once. Not even when I saw the sweat dripping from her chin in thick beads, or when her glutes visibly twitched between sets from the constant expansion.
Yes. Expansion. The growth wasn’t just metaphorical today either. We are going all the way!
With every squat, her thighs thickened. You could watch the fibers tense and push outward, like each rep was feeding them oxygen and willpower. Her glutes ballooned behind her, perfectly round, impossibly strong, absolutely unforgiving. Her butt has gone from "surprisingly firm" to "gravity-warping superweapon" in less than 72 hours. By my estimate, one thigh now contains more volume and mass than her entire body on Day 1. Probably more structural integrity too.
She grew taller during the workout. That’s not speculation. I had to raise the pull-up bar twice. Her arms are now long enough to hold a barbell across her back and still intimidate the person spotting her. (Not that she needs a spotter anymore. She benches spotters.)
Her breathing was ragged by the final set. She was red-faced, drenched, glowing. But she finished. Collapsed onto the mat, arms sprawled, chest heaving like tectonic plates, and said only one thing:
“...That was good.”
Yes, Saika. Yes, it was.
Summary / Trainer Notes:
Mood: Pushed to her limits, and loving it. Hasn’t questioned the changes in days. Doesn’t need to.
Body State: Age presentation ~32. Height estimated 2.12m. Muscle density: Extreme. Thigh/hip mass dominating lower profile. Chest mass increased 26% from Day 3 baseline. Structural capacity approaching high-tier Valkyrie level.
Form: Perfect. Absolute confidence. No wasted motion.
Prognosis: We are nearing critical mass. I wouldn’t be surprised if tomorrow’s session ends with seismic activity.
One more day. One final push. If she makes it through the final test, then we can call her training concluded. A bicep-blessed goddess forged under my guidance.
Let’s give her the ending she deserves.
— Akeela T.
Training 5 – The Final Test: Ascension Protocol
Today, Saika faced the gauntlet.
We call it the Final Test, but unofficially it’s known as “The Forge.” It’s the day we separate the merely “muscular girls” from the “Muscle Mommas”. A set of extreme, brutal, constantly limit pushing exercises that only a handful of trainees even attempt, let alone complete. The ones who do? They don’t just change, they transcend.
And Saika was ready.
From the moment she stepped onto the platform, her presence was palpable. Gone was the timid, silver-haired boy who didn’t know how to hold a dumbbell. In his place stood a towering, muscle-packed colossus of a woman. She was smirking confidently, stretching her arms like she’d been waiting for this her whole life.
So I handed her the Limit Weights, a special enchanted equipment designed to adapt mid-rep, always staying just slightly heavier than whatever you can handle. They don’t just push your muscles: They challenge your soul. And Saika? She didn’t even blink.
Curls were first. She wrapped her giant mitts around the bar like it owed her money, and with each rep, her biceps surged outward, swelling like balloons of meat and might. Veins popped. Skin stretched. Her arms grew thick enough that her triceps shadowed her elbows. I swear, her biceps were audibly creaking by the time she hit 50.
Then came the burden run. With the limit weights slung across her shoulders, she sprinted the length of the power hall. With every step, her quads exploded in size. Not metaphorically, visibly. Her glutes pumped with so much force that the floor panels groaned under each stride. By the third lap, I bet the impact of her feet was registering on seismic sensors. Makes me wonder if staff had to reroute foot traffic.
After that were Sit-ups with pressure plates, core grinding, ab-shattering sit-ups with spell-enhanced resistance pressing her down like a collapsing building. It didn’t matter. Her abs tightened and deepened, forming a six-pack so rigid and sharp I started worrying about the mat’s lifespan. There was definition inside the definition. Like her muscles had their own muscles.
We added overhead clean-and-presses, because I wanted to see if her shoulders could still grow. They could. And they did. Every rep stacked more mass on top of her delts like layers of armor, building cannonball-sized caps that made her look like she could throw a car as a warm-up.
Final exercise? Bodyweight slam punches. That’s right. Her own body, what felt like two tons of raw womanhood, hoisted into the air and slammed down to deliver a blow so massive that even I had my worries about the sandbag. And she did that over and over again, with all the intensity of a falling star. It was glorious. Terrifying, but beautiful.
And through it all, through sweat and growls and ground-shaking effort, she laughed.
“I haven’t worked out this hard in nearly twenty years,” she said, flexing her bicep like it was a beach ball. “Hahaha!”
I chuckled. I don’t usually do that.
Day 5 – Subject: Saika Totsuka
Status: Muscle Momma Ascended | Schedule Complete
It’s done.
Saika’s journey is complete.
Five days. One body. Reforged.
She stood in front of the mirror after the cooldown, hands on hips (not that there was room for her hands on those hips), and just admired herself. And why shouldn’t she? She’s magnificent. A testament to effort, training, and the will of Nagisa herself.
Let me paint the picture clearly:
Age Projection: I would guess around 35. Commanding, mature, and fully realized. She no longer just looks powerful, she is power incarnate.
Height: Around 2.5 meters. Nothing too inhuman, but you would be amiss to call her anything but a mountain of a woman.
Arms: Her biceps are now officially larger than her own head. Rounded, vascular, and wide enough that she needs to rotate her shoulders to scratch her nose.
Chest: I am quite fond of what I see. Each one can probably be used as a parasol for a normal sized boy. They project outward like living monuments, casting shadows on anything that dares stand in front of her. Bigger than her biceps and that's saying something.
Thighs: Let’s just say this: if both of her thighs sat side by side on a bench, there would be no bench left. And that isn't even mentioning that if she runs against a wall, there is a good chance that she would just keep going and there would be no wall left.
Glutes: She now requires custom seating. I wouldn't recommend office chairs or even benches for that matter. She would just obliterate them by sitting down. But that's okay, that's completely normal for someone who completed the training here.
Abs: If you swung a steel pipe at her core, the pipe would lose. Shatter, even. Each ab segment is cut like glass, stacked in diamond-shaped rows across a stomach that looks chiseled by gods. There’s not a millimeter of softness anywhere.
And most importantly: she’s happy. Fulfilled. Radiating confidence from every massive, muscle-bound inch of her frame. She walked out of the gym like a goddess taking a stroll through her kingdom. Smiling. Radiant. Alive.
Final Trainer Notes:
Mood: Enlightened. Joyful. A little cocky (good). Still growing, but spiritually whole.
Body State: Functionally divine.
Prognosis: A walking miracle. She could benchpress a freight truck and still have energy left to cook dinner for twelve.
Trainer Thoughts: I love it when a project exceeds expectations. Saika didn’t just survive the Muscle Momma course. She became its new gold standard.
The will of Nagisa reigns supreme.
Another job well done.
