A Bee-utiful April-fools Miss (Neptunia Bee girl TF)
🕑 Added 2025-05-04 21:00:08 +0000 UTCThe hallway was buzzing.
Literally. Loud, high-pitched, relentlessly cheerful buzzing.
“Nope-nope-NOPE! Get away from me!!” Noire shouted, sprinting in boots that were absolutely not designed for high-speed bee-related evasion.
Behind her, fluttering after with a gleeful laugh and the most aggressively oversized wings imaginable, Bee-Girl Neptune zipped along the corridor in a zigzag pattern.
“BZZZZZ~! C’mon Noire, don’t be like that!” Neptune giggled. “You’re next in line for the hive! Embrace your inner bumble-butt!”
“YOU’RE A MENACE!!”
Noire vaulted a tipped-over chair and bolted down the corridor, heels clacking like her life depended on it. Because, let’s face it, it kinda did. She could hear Neptune closing in, feel the breeze from her wingbeats tickling the back of her neck.
This was insane. Utter madness. And the worst part?
She helped make this madness.
“How… how did it all come to this?” Noire mentally screamed as she ducked into a side hall, her long hair bouncing wildly behind her. “This morning was NORMAL!”
– Flashback:
Neptune had come up with another stupid April Fools plan. Noire remembered the way she pitched it, twirling a spool of yellow thread.
"So like, hear me out. What if we make Blanc a super cute bee-girl outfit? Like, 'Blany-Blany-Bee'? She’ll buzz with excitement!"
Noire should’ve walked away right then.
But nooo. She stayed, and even helped.
She sewed the stripes. She adjusted the wings. She even made the little puffy antennae.
And when Blanc said, “Fine. I’ll wear it. Just to shut you up,” Noire thought that’d be the end of it.
But then… the suit glowed. It melted into Blanc’s skin, and then Blanc grew. Wings, crown, chitinous arm plating, glowing eyes… and like three times larger than she should be. Blanc started to look like the final boss of a JRPG bee arc.
A majestic, terrifying, disturbingly regal Queen Bee Blanc.
Then Neptune got too close.
ZAP. A sting to the shoulder, and seconds later, Neptune shrieked, spun in circles, and transformed like a magical girl with a bee fetish. Four fuzzy arms, antennae twitching, abdomen swaying like she was ready for a dance-off.
“FOR THE QUEEN!” Neptune cried, now hovering two feet off the ground.
“I SHALL CATCH NOIRE AND BRING HER TO THE HIVE~!”
That’s when Noire ran.
That’s when this entire day became an emergency.
– Back to Present
Noire skidded into a stairwell, panting hard. She slammed the door shut and leaned against it, trying to catch her breath.
Buzzing echoed in her ears. Distant. But growing.
“This is fine,” she told herself. “I just need to get out of the Basilicom. Find Histoire. She’ll fix this. I am NOT going to—”
She paused.
Frowned.
Then slowly reached a hand back and—
“...Ow.”
Right on the top of her backside, just above the curve of her hips, there it was. A tiny, distinctly sting-shaped welt.
“WHAT?! When?! HOW?!” she shrieked.
Her thoughts spiraled. She’d run away before Blanc even got close. She saw Neptune get stung. She remembered it!
But her butt said otherwise.
And now… her outfit felt tight. It was changing, stretching. The colors were wrong.
Her eyes widened. She screamed again.
The buzzing got louder.
CLANG! The stairwell door burst open as a cheerful voice rang out:
“There she is!”
Noire whipped around just in time to see Bee-Girl Neptune barreling through the air like a chaos-powered missile, wings a blur, arms spread wide like she wanted a hug… or possibly a tackle.
“Come back, Noire~! You’re almost perfectly pollinated!”
“NO THANK YOU!!” Noire yelped and launched herself up the stairs like a woman possessed.
She could feel it happening again. Her outfit… it was wrong.
The colors were changing. Her usual outfit melted away in a shimmer of golden sparkles, the fabric sliding and merging into something far tighter, sleeker. Black and yellow stripes coiled around her legs like a bee-themed bodysuit, squeezing in with magical precision.
“WHY IS THIS HAPPENING?! WHY DO CLOTHES TRANSFORM WITH ME?! THIS MAKES NO SENSE!!”
Her skirt morphed into nothing. Her thigh-highs? Gone. Now her legs were bare except for sleek gold stripes running down to her boots, which were now shiny, chitin-like heels.
“It’s VIDEO GAME LOGIC, NOIRE!” Neptune cackled from behind. “Just roll with it!”
Noire wasn’t rolling with anything. She was sprinting.
She charged out of the stairwell and into the main hall and froze mid-stride.
“NO WAY!”
Two little shapes hovered down from the ceiling, wings buzzing like dragonflies, landing delicately in front of her.
“Hi Noire~!” chirped Ram, her fluffy antennae twitching with excitement. “You look really buzzy today!” added Rom, blinking innocently through sparkling compound eyes.
They were bee girls too. Of course they were. Tiny stingers. Puffy skirts. Matching striped outfits. Still weirdly adorable. Still utterly wrong.
Noire skidded to a stop, arms flailing. “NOT YOU TWO TOO!!”
Ram tilted her head. “Queen Blanc said you’d bee cute when you panicked~”
Rom nodded sweetly. “You’re already halfway there. Just wait till your abdomen grows in!”
“AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!!”
Neptune zipped overhead, upside down, waving cheerfully as she passed:
“Say hi to the buzzlings, Noire! They’re so eager to have you in the swarm~!”
Noire didn’t say hi. She screamed, shoved past the twins, and ran.
The buzzing was even louder.
And somewhere back there, Neptune was giggling louder than ever.
Noire turned another corner at full speed, trying to ignore the itchy, tingly pressure building on top of her head.
“Nononononono, stay down, stay DOWN—!”
She could feel something wiggling. Just behind her bangs. Like someone was gently tugging her hair from inside her skull.
She slapped at her head as she ran. “No, no, you’re NOT allowed! I don’t want any weird buggy brain noodles poking out of my head—!”
Sproing.
Two long, fuzzy black-and-yellow antennae popped up, curling slightly at the ends like smug little feelers waving hello to the world.
“Noooooo!” she howled, staggering mid-run. “I can feel them! They’re touching the air! This is the worst sensation imaginable!!”
Right on cue, Neptune buzzed into view behind her again, zipping along in gleeful zigzags.
“Awww~! Your antennae finally sprouted! You look so cuuuute, Noire~!”
“I am going to END you!!” Noire snapped.
She ducked under a low-hanging light fixture, the antennae bouncing with every step. They twitched on their own. She hated it. She hated how right they felt.
But there was no time to dwell. Because now the pressure was building again and this time lower. Specifically at her sides.
A horrible realization crept into her buzzing, overwhelmed brain.
“Oh no. Not the arms. Not the arms.”
Something under her ribs shifted. Her bodysuit stretched. She could feel… elbows. Extra elbows. Her stomach flipped.
“Nope. Nope! You are not real. I refuse to acknowledge you!” she shouted, clutching at her sides in a desperate effort to keep whatever was sprouting there from doing so.
She barreled into another hallway, barely avoiding a cleaning drone… and then froze again.
Because sitting casually on a plush couch shaped like a flower petal was Vert.
But not just any Vert.
Bee Girl Vert. Her long golden hair was now braided with honeycomb clips. She wore a regal bodysuit dripping in gold and black, her wings gently fluttering as she reclined. In front of her was a giant hexagonal screen, and she was playing two games at once, each with a fuzzy controller held by one of her four dainty, clawed bee hands.
“Ah, Noire~. Neptune~.” Vert smiled with a soft buzz in her voice. “Would either of you care to join me? I’ve unlocked a charming new multiplayer honey-defense minigame~”
Noire’s jaw dropped.
“ARE YOU EVEN CONCERNED?! I AM MUTATING OVER HERE!”
She turned to run, hands still on her sides, but the second she took a step—
FWIP!
Her third and fourth arms sprung out like popped jack-in-the-boxes, fuzzy and fully formed. The new hands instinctively flexed. She screamed.
“NOOOO! I DIDN’T GIVE YOU PERMISSION!!”
Vert didn’t even blink.
“They suit you quite well, dear. Very elegant form.”
Noire stumbled backward, panicking, limbs flailing.
“I have more urgent matters to attend to!!” she shouted, sprinting again.
Neptune hovered in after her, waved lazily at Vert with all four arms, and added with a grin:
“Sorry Vert~! Can’t stop! Places to bee~!”
“Of course,” Vert replied, unbothered. “Do mind the honey trail in the west wing.”
The buzzing chase resumed.
And Noire was very much out of limbs to hide.
Noire sprinted, boots slamming against the honey-patterned floor tiles of the Basilicom like she was trying to outrun fate itself.
“Just a little further. Just need to find an exit. Any exit. A window. A trapdoor. A hole in the wall. Anything.”
But behind her, the buzzing never stopped.
“Heeeeeey Noiiiiiire~!” Neptune’s voice echoed just a breath away. “You’re really fallin’ bee-hind! BZZZZZZZ-HAHAHA!!”
“CAN YOU JUST SHUT UP FOR ONE MINUTE?!”
Noire turned a corner and kept running, but now the pressure had shifted again.
This time, to her back.
And just above her butt.
“No no no no no—no more pressure! I can’t handle more pressure!!” she yelled at the ceiling.
But it didn’t listen.
From just above her hips, something was growing. Heavy. Solid. Pulsing with power.
Her bodysuit warped around it as a golden-black bee abdomen pushed outward from her lower back, swelling with every step.
“WHY IS IT SO BIG?! WHY IS IT BEEFY?! I DON’T EVEN SIT LIKE THAT!!”
She didn’t stop, because she couldn’t stop, but the abdomen only got larger. It bounced slightly as she ran, its chitin glinting under the hallway lights. She felt it anchor to her spine, and felt her center of gravity shift.
And then—
CLUNK.
Something clicked inside.
A weight. A tightness. A threat.
Her eyes bulged.
“Wait! Wait! Is that a…! IS THAT A STINGER?!”
The moment she realized it was, her body spasmed in sheer panic—
Her wings exploded out of her back with a loud POP-FOOM!
The force launched her upward, and suddenly she was off the ground, flying.
“AAAAAAAAA–WHY AM I FLOATING?! THIS ISN’T HELPING!! I DON’T KNOW HOW TO FLY!!”
She wobbled through the air, pinwheeling like a panicked wasp. Her legs kicked wildly. Her new abdomen wiggled without permission. Her wings buzzed in high-speed panic.
It was chaos. Controlled only by dumb luck.
And that’s when IF appeared.
Strolling through the hallway like nothing was wrong, clipboard in hand… and, of course, fully bee-transformed. Sleek black and gold suit. Four arms. Calm, professional expression. Antennae twitching neatly above her glasses.
She looked up.
“No flying in the hallway, Noire.”
Noire crashed to the ground instantly with a squeaky “Sorry!!” and wobbled to her feet, panting.
Neptune hovered down beside her with a spin and a wink.
“It’s okay, she’s just testing her wings~ You gotta bee flexible when you’re new to the hive, right?”
IF sighed, adjusting her glasses. “Please don’t make too much buzz. Some of us are still on mission logs.”
“BZZZZorry~” Neptune smirked, clearly not sorry at all.
“Buzzing is kind of my thing,” she added with finger guns from all four arms.
Before Noire could even yell at her again, Compa floated into view, wings fluttering lazily, holding a tray of honey-sweets.
“Ooooh! Noire, you’re flying already! That’s such a buzz-tastic milestone~!” she cooed, eyes sparkling. “You’re gonna bee so happy soon!”
“Please,” Noire groaned, stumbling a bit. “No more bee jokes. No more bu—”
“Buzzbuzzbuzz~!” Neptune grinned.
“Don’t buzz too fast now,” IF added without looking up.
“Make sure you buzz with your knees~” Compa said, patting Noire gently on the abdomen.
Noire twitched.
Every time they said it—“buzz”—the buzzing in her own head grew louder.
BZZZZZZZ.
“Buzz buzz buzz~!”
BZZZZZZZZZZZZZ.
“Buzz!”
BZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ—
Her eyes spun. Literally.
The room tilted sideways. She grabbed her own antennae trying to steady herself.
“Stooop… saying that… word…!”
Her thoughts were melting. Her limbs felt too light. Her stinger tingled.
The buzzing didn’t stop.
It built.
Louder. Sharper. Deeper. Until Noire could barely hear anything else. The world around her faded, colors draining to grey. The honeyed walls, the golden lights, even the faint droning of the others… it all vanished into a swirling, static mess.
Her legs were jelly. Her arms felt distant. Her thoughts… what few still belonged to her… were slipping away like drops into a hive.
“Wh-What was I doing again…?”
She staggered forward, dazed, her antennae twitching madly as her wings trembled behind her. Her abdomen twitched with a low, rhythmic hum.
And then—
THUMP.
A sound. A single step behind her. Heavy, regal, final.
She didn’t choose to move. Her body did it for her.
Her torso straightened. Her fuzzy new arms fell to her sides. Her head turned automatically. Another step.
THUMP.
She turned the rest of the way and froze.
Standing before her in the middle of the hall, glowing like a divine being sculpted from sunlight and nectar, was Queen Bee Blanc.
At least three times taller than the others, her translucent wings arched above her like a cape. Her antennae curled like a crown. Her bee armor shimmered, shaped like an ornate royal dress of gold silk and polished black chitin. Her face was calm, ethereal, regal… and utterly captivating.
Noire’s knees nearly gave out.
She didn’t notice Compa, IF, and Neptune standing beside her, all of them having arms raised in perfect salute. All of them had an expression that was a mix of friendliness and respect. But Noire didn’t see that.
She couldn’t see anything but Blanc.
“She’s… she’s perfect…”
Noire felt her mouth dry out. Her chest tightened. Her wings fluttered uncontrollably, her whole body shaking. Blanc was so much more powerful than Noire could ever dream to be. And she felt like her words, even though she hadn't said anything yet, her words would be impossible to disobey no matter what she said.
Like even if she asked Noire to do something she would never normally do, like hand over her entire cosplay collection as tribute right now, Noire would do it. And worse she wouldn't even hesitate.
The Queen took another step forward.
Noire whimpered. She didn’t even notice the tears forming at the corners of her eyes. She was melting. Absolutely, totally melting in her presence.
Then… the Queen spoke.
Her voice was soft. Controlled. Slightly raspy, but with infinite command.
“You are my un-bee-lievably loyal servant, right? ‘Bee girl’ Noire?”
Something snapped.
Noire’s brain didn’t even consult her.
Her face snapped into a smile, wide and bright. Her eyes lit up like twin golden lanterns, spinning once before settling into shining orbs of complete, joyous devotion.
She stood up straighter. Fluffed her fuzzy arms. Her wings fluttered in anticipation. Her antennae perked to full height.
And with a cheerful buzz in her tone, she shouted:
“YES, YOUR MAJESTY! BEE GIRL NOIRE, AT YOUR SERVICE!!”
The buzzing was gone now.
Replaced by harmony.
By purpose.
By Queen Blanc.
And Noire… couldn’t be happier.
- A little bit later at the Planeptune Basilicom
The Basilicom’s library was quiet.
Well… as quiet as it could be when the city of Lowee was covered in golden pollen, faint buzzing echoed in the distance, and the entire CPU force had seemingly vanished into the hive.
Nepgear walked in holding a tablet, brows furrowed with concern.
“Um, Miss Histoire? Have you… heard the news?”
Histoire glanced up from a glowing book, her wings twitching ever-so-slightly under her robe.
“Which news? The fact that Lowee's shares are spiking irrationally? Or that I received three different requests for diplomatic honey trade routes this morning?”
Nepgear laughed nervously.
“Well, um... Lowee has been… completely overrun with bee girls.”
There was a long silence.
Histoire blinked.
“…That is impossible.”
She floated down from her perch, fluttering quickly toward Nepgear with narrowed eyes.
“Unless... someone used the magic-thread-infused adaptive fabric I acquired last week (which was still under analysis) on something incredibly idiotic… like a joke cosplay outfit…”
Nepgear’s eyes widened. A bead of sweat rolled down her cheek.
“…S-So… about that…”
Histoire’s wings paused mid-flutter.
She stared.
Then closed her eyes, inhaled deeply, and let out the calmest, most defeated sigh a tiny fairy could muster.
“Just… keep an eye on the situation. I’ll have a reversal spell ready in three days.”
“Y-Yes ma’am!”
Suddenly, there was a knock at the door.
Knock knock knock!
A familiar voice floated through, cheerful and polite.
“Nepgear? Miss Histoire? May I come in?”
Nepgear brightened immediately.
“Oh! That’s Uni!”
She skipped over and opened the door with a smile—
And promptly screamed.
“KYAAAAAAAHHHHH~!”
Uni stood in the doorway, eyes sparkling, face serene.
Her outfit was a tight, black-and-yellow striped bodysuit that shimmered in the light. Four fuzzy arms waved in a neat little gesture of greeting. Two antennae curled playfully from her forehead. A long bee abdomen bobbed behind her as her wings fluttered gently.
She smiled sweetly.
“Thank you so much, both of you. You helped bring this wonderful future to life.”
She clasped her hands, all four of them, together and tilted her head.
“Now you’ll join our hive too! Just like my big sister Noire did~!”
“KYAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH~!!!” Came the double scream from both Nepgear and Histoire.
And from somewhere far away, Neptune’s voice echoed faintly:
“Told ya this idea was BEE-rilliant~!”
—
Noire: Neptune! Your puns are the worst! Get away from me! I don't want to be a bee girl! AAAAAHHHH!!!
