Regarding Mest, I have a theory. I don't know if it's ever been addressed flat out, but the only reason he survived Jackyl's attack on the council was because he always had the fairy tail guild mark. Makarov just revealed it at the end. And Zeref...I agree with SpinoREX22...maybe give that five seconds a second look. Fairy Tail zero is fun, and I think you will like it. The op is a banger, and it doesn't have spoilers in it so you can watch if you want.
