I dont dislike this arc, but for me it was difficult to watch because of the length, i wonder how it will be watching it again

Hasegawa is a true mvp. Honestly Gintama is probably the only anime I've ever watched where I love every character. They are all written perfectly, even some of the one time appearance characters. I have zero complaints. As for making an S tier list, Gintama still has about um... 7 more regular characters to introduce (I may be forgetting a couple) including one of the top waifus. So you may wanna hold off for awhile before you make that list.
Its dangerous for me to watch gintama sometimes cuz they make me laugh so hard my asthma almost kills me.
