Idk about gruesome but lot of people have the idea that FT is a happy ever funny anime with no death involved compared maybe to other big shonen titles, although who in dbz dies (and stays that way)? For how funny and "happy" series it is i must say it has a lot of painfull scenes at the end of each arc. Deliora, Natsu's memories when the guild is destroyed by phantom, Elfman/Mira's memories, Simon, and wow how's it gonna hit you soon....
It sounded like I was asking do people die in this show, but I meant it another way.. in my head I was thinking along the lines of more gruesome. Probably cause Iām currently watching shows like Re Zero š It was more of me rambling with myself internally lol
