Yeah, there aren't really villains in this show, it is mostly antagonists, but thats why I love the show :)
Yeah you really gotta check out sketdance whenever you finish all of gintama. The anime was sadly canceled and its much shorter than gintama but I hope they continue it someday.

Sket Dance is a manga by Shinahara Kenta, who was an assistant to Sorachi for Gintama for a while before he went on to write his own series'. It takes place in a school setting and has a lot of references to Gintama, both series even have a crossover episode each.

No infodump today, though I will comment that some people put full strength Seimei in the same power tier as Hosen. If this were the case, it would make Antenmaru and Gintoki (magic infused) the strongest characters in the series as of this point.
