Ep 193 is always a hard one to follow for non Japanese watchers, there are so many references to their celebrities and known people that we don't know about. I can't help out with what the references mean either, but it is funny to watch Shinpachi lose his mind XD The snot episode would be hard to explain to someone that hasn't seen this show, never really thought about that XD
