everything that moves in the game is drawn and animated in a Toon Boom! Backgrounds and pictures for menus-Photoshop or Paint Tool Sai.

my teacher is Youtube! I had to watch a lot of lessons about unreal engine 4 and toon boom harmony. But I would advise learning Unity for 2D!
