Independence Anniversary
🕑 Added 2017-11-30 13:57:23 +0000 UTC It's been 2 years.In 2015 on this day, I started working as a professional werewolf full-time, having quit Disneyland in September. It wasn't easy. Money didn't come in as more than a trickle at first. I bled thru all of my savings in about 8 months, and moved out of California. But now, things are different.
Now I have public insurance, I've made professional connections, I've tabled at conventions, and I'm on the way to making Cali-level rent, all thanks to you. With your energy and support, it's been an insane couple of years, but I've made it. And I plan on making it a bit further, one year at a time.
There are a couple things to be done: first of all, if you live in the USA, please call your representative and make your voice heard to oppose the FCC's planned demolition of net neutrality laws. Without this, me and creators like me would probably find our livelihoods untenable by next year.
And second, keep your ears open for some very good news, next week.

Creators like you are honestly what's pissing me off the most about this damn Net Neutrality situation. I'll be sure to keep fighting so people like you can continue to make a living doing what you love, and what you're damn good at!
