Db server was Upgraded

It's only infrastructure update. About web-app update, i need to prepare short review. We has some trouble with free time in last months =(

that doesn't feel like it constitutes an update.... i realize this is important and helps move forward, but upgrading for 2 months being the update? it seems....lackluster...
