This whole sequence has been downright nasty and distastful. But that's the point: There'd be no realism if Madison just went in there, beat the guys up and left after working out the drug in her system through sheer will power. Now she's completely turned and dependent on the eurphoria in her system. She probably now has a direct phsycological association between dangerous adrenaline pumping electric shocks and orgasms. Decades of therapy will be needed to ween her off that mindset.
