Hehe Oh boy. Looks like he does Jack! XD Love the expression on his face in the second to last panel. Honestly not quite how I expected this to go but looking forward to seeing more. Part of me kinda hopes for a flood gate moment where Jack just lets loose. NOT in that way though. I mean emotionally. Just get the feeling his dad isn't the most caring of fathers, perhaps for reasons, and I kinda wanna see that land home. But I dunno. I could be completely off the mark there. Still awesome stuff all around.

Can I just say that the transition from tan to red in the middle panels is an excellent use of color to provide another layer of storytelling - it not only signals an escalation in Jack's conversation with his dad, but also lets us see the "warning level" his body is sending in terms of holding it in. It's amazing to see how far this comic has come since it started as a less polished, single-image bonus comic - once the story is done, I would love to see the first couple pages "remastered", or even slightly expanded to multi-panel pages, to match the current quality.
