Considering he takes Tony Stark as a role model and is daydreaming about himself becoming some kind of steampunk/magitechpunk Iron Man I wonder if something along the lines of SHIELD or the League of Extraordinary Gentlemen would be more thematic?

Yeah, Jace is either starting RuneXcom or we are going to get the seed of the Steel Legion from 40k from this. Hopefully this makes Jace start to be more proactive, he needs more modern weapons and tactics. I am looking forward to seeing where this goes!

And this is how Jayce starts the Runeterra version of Xcom. Everyone who survives this mission is going to understand there are alien creatures out to literally eat people body, mind and soul and will want to organise to make sure nothing can succeed.

By the end of this they aren't going to think of themselves as Piltovan or Zaunite, they are going to know they are one of Jayce's Warriors. And that is a much higher calling then mere nationality.
