I'd say it was something from Hogwarts Legacy given the music in the link, although Hogwarts Mystery is also a possibility, given the backstory on that happened a few years before this (During Tonks' time at Hogwarts IIRC)

Guessing that was some leftover Unicorn blood from Voldies late night snack attacks? Only thing I can think of from Hogwarts that would look / act even partially like that... but even then that seemed more inanimate and "Curse you with half-life immortality" rather then actually help.
